@AnimalMudder@jam_etc_art@WTMMP You aren’t creating anything that is not going to be destroyed. Everything is in the process of creation -> in-creation -> destruction; their work is a demonstration of that principle (among other things) — so the “rather” standpoint doesn’t really make sense
@lensEternity1 @nepolionking72 True evil hides behind a gentle face while being violent. Kali shows her terrifying form because she is terrifying. Shakti has gentler faces, but these ideas are beyond you.
@ItsRoboki@edfazolo@code_kartik 5k applicants doesn’t mean you need to put them all through the loop though. Your ATS should trim it down significantly. But you know what, I concede that you’ve already experienced first hand the volume issue, and if you still think LC is the move after all, maybe you’re right.
@ItsRoboki@edfazolo@code_kartik Two interviews, an hour each, is relatively low cost, no? The first interview of probing for depth and edge discovery can likely be done with AI, or AI as an evaluator with human asking questions. Decisions can be hard for sure, but I don’t see it to be expensive — how?
@ItsRoboki@edfazolo@code_kartik Portfolio, and probe into every detail. Find their depth and edge boundaries of required (for the role) topics. One solid pair code session (driven by the candidate) can surface technical abilities and behaviours. But this can be gamed too.
@theDomnimbus@Babygravy9 This verse quoting, absolutist takes are great markers of dumdums. May The Lord bless you with guile for your foes and the lunacy for His Love.
@SuperSpeedGolf Regarding only club head speed — in what order are the 4 pillars influencing from most to least? My guess: 1, 4, 2, 3. @SuperSpeedGolf?
@GreyZonedGuy@venom1s Yeah that’s not true. The “you are out of my house at 18” western family is the bottom tier “you must get married at 20” Indian family. It happens but it’s not the affluent educated households on both sides.
@venom1s How can a child say this about their parents? Well that depends on the relationship between the child and parents. The things you mentioned that a parent provides the child with are basic needs. You have to go beyond that. The parents chose to have the child, not the other way.
@Getrichyoung_@PBDsPodcast@SadhguruJV You literally structured your comment as: don’t follow this guy -> he’s not relatable -> think to survive -> he not good -> follow christ, he good.
If relatability wasn’t relevant to your reasoning why bring it up? Maybe you need to read it again yourself.
@Getrichyoung_@PBDsPodcast@SadhguruJV If relatability is the criteria you are signifiying to follow someone, then you can’t follow Christ based on relatability either.
