@LGUSSupport is TRASH! Terrible customer service. Refuses to replace a defective machine but instead sends "repairmen" to replace parts including a motor on a BRAND NEW washing machine. @Lowes sells #LG #Trash

@LgHomeRetail we bought a BRAND NEW washer and dryer from @Lowes in January, after delayed delivery, 2 weeks later the washer stopped working. 3 technicians later we still do not have a working washer 😡. It's March! Why are you refusing to replace the washing machine?

Still no working washing machine. Purchased brand new. The next thing to replace on a NEW machine is the motor. Shouldn't you just send us a New WORKING MACHINE? And refund us for going to the laundromat @LgHomeRetail

@Delta so I check into my flight to London today and my Delta Comfort seats on my connecting flight were “involuntarily” canceled according to Delta rep. Now my new seats to London are main cabin away from my party. I PAID for Comfort+ This is outrageous & unacceptable 😡.
