We can't say for sure, but the latest Fauci document dump includes evidence that Ralph Baric's coronavirus engineering research with the Wuhan lab was blessed by the CIA. 

That may sound conspiratorial, but consider:

- Baric serves on an advisory group to U.S. intel called the Biological Sciences Experts Group. 
- In Sept. 2015 the CIA commissioned a paper on how a bioterrorist might engineer the coronavirus MERS into a pandemic virus via the BSEG.
- As a member of the BSEG and the world's top expert (the "big cheese" in coronaviruses, as one colleague called him) Baric would be the natural choice for this project. 
- Baric published a paper three months earlier with Wuhan's Shi Zhengli on this subject.
- The classified paper on MERS was approved by "NCPC": the National Counterproliferation and Biosecurity Center. I reported last year that this center adamantly opposed the lab leak theory. After my reporting, Tulsi Gabbard shut it down. I didn't include this in my report, but I heard one official burst into tears when presented with evidence for a lab leak.

🇸🇪 Sweden is quietly becoming Europe's startup factory

Sweden already gave the world Spotify and Klarna. Now another generation is breaking out, including AI coding platform Lovable, legal AI startup Legora, Neko Health and autonomous trucking company Einride.

Swedish startups have already raised $2.8 billion in 2026, with Dealroom projecting at least $5 billion by year-end.

But the interesting part is the flywheel.

Employees from Sweden’s first generation of tech successes became founders, investors and mentors. Now people are leaving companies like Lovable and Legora to build the next batch, while American VCs increasingly fly to Stockholm hunting for deals.

Sweden appears to have discovered one of the harder things to manufacture with government policy: a culture where talented people actually think starting companies is cool.
