@AmateurishRL Its retention of players after 14 your issue to contend with. 14-22 is the area need to put more effort into. I don’t mean professional clubs carrying g the burden either. Super league take the 14 year old cream. At 16 some leave, then 18. It’s not under 7’s the issue
