It's Koinobori, or kid's day in Japan. (Pls ignore int date line bs) I was there late 70s. My 2nd story bedroom overlooked a graveyard. (my backyard fence) I could see the horse Grandstand in the distance. (Nigishi Heights) Also, my front door view was Mt Fuji.
