Making connections. #FuelsPlus has been all about this and not just connecting @516stre with attachments from @36_Engr_Regt @9RegimentRLC @17_RLC and @521STRE_WD. Here we see work done to uncover and clean the hose ends, fit new seals and hydraulically press fit the connections.

Time to get the MEXE ready! @17_RLC are supporting #FuelsPlus with their reconfigurable raft - the MEXE Flote. Here we see the MEXE getting fitted out to operate in the SSPS role with a capstan, hydraulics, chutes and rollers to handle the subsea hoses.

New Cpl rank slides, fresh out their packets, are now in the hands of both one of our own @516stre LCpls deployed on #FuelsPlus and also two of our attached LCpls from @17_RLC. Massive congratulations to all of them on achieving this milestone.

Shore End Termination is in and anchored, and all the tanks we need for water to sink hoses and to capture waste fuel are laid out and ready. While we love training on our specialist capabilities, @Proud_Sappers have an enduring love of building bridges. So it was great to visit @AECOM and their cable stayed bridge model to revise and apply basic structural engineering principles with other members of @66WorksGroup_RE
