Day 3 done. I completed resistance training. I was just short on my steps and macros goals. I’ve hit my calorie goal all three days and have lost some water weight. Up early for work trip today so I’ll have to get my workout in at the hotel tonight. #healthydad#momentum
Ah-ight, kicking off day 2. I completed my HIT training yesterday. I missed my steps goal barely…I’ll make that up today. We celebrated Thanksgiving last night as we were at Disney last week so I didn’t hit my macros..all good. #giveyourselfgrace. Marathon, not a sprint.
Here we go! Day 1. Weighed in…baseline weight 234.5 lbs. I’ve set my macro goals based on @tednaiman PE diet with a little wiggle room. 180g protein, 90g fat, 90g carbs.
