Did this stunt just cost Senator Steph Hodgins May her seat?
Words are not violence.
Recording a private phone call and sharing it is criminal.
Greens Senator Steph Hodgins-May called a Newcastle lawyer who allegedly left a rude comment on her Instagram, recorded the conversation, and posted the video.
No consent. She blurred the name, but that does not change the law.
NSW Surveillance Devices Act 2007 makes it an offence to record a private conversation you are part of without all-party consent, and a separate offence to publish it. Maximum penalty is 5 years.
She is a sitting Senator. If she is convicted and under sentence, or subject to sentence, for an offence punishable by one year or more, section 44 of the Constitution kicks in. Her seat becomes vacant.
That would be a casual vacancy. The Victorian Parliament would pick another Greens member to finish the term.
We already have laws against real threats and violence. We do not need politicians deciding which speech is allowed while they record people without consent and weaponise it for the cameras.
If the behaviour is unacceptable, call it out. Do not break the law to score points.
Do you believe a sitting Senator should be above the same recording laws that apply to everyone else?
BREAKING: Allison Albro was arrested in Florida after she allegedly posted a selfie threatening to ASS*SSINATE President Trump at his Daytona Beach rally.

@lauti_rioss You people are too angry. They are just young and made a mistake, they stopped immediately they seemed worried and apologetic. They also dont appear to respond back in an aggressive manner. Wtf is wrong with you, this is a non story🤦 grow up
This is actually pretty embarrassing for her
She’s acting like the school principal ringing the parent up - yet shes actually calling another adult to lecture them on hurty words
Her sheer arrogance almost proves the guys point
Someone just tried to break into my account and somehow managed to BYPASS Google’s two-factor authentication.
Luckily, I had an additional layer of security linked to my phone.
The motherfuckers are angry at me.
The framing here is deliberate, and it’s revealing.
First, offensive language becomes “violence”. Then an insult becomes an “attack”. Suddenly, she’s the “victim”, and the person who dared criticise her becomes the “aggressor”.
Accept that framing, and you’ve already lost the argument. You’ve handed her the moral high ground and opened the door to demands for apologies, punishment and censorship.
Reject the framing, and the entire narrative collapses.
This is how you deal with these people. They’re perfectly happy to dish out criticism, insults and abuse, but the moment someone gives it back, they clutch their pearls, cry victim and demand consequences.
It’s toxic female behaviour which permeates the Australian parliament.
They want the freedom to attack others while enjoying immunity from criticism themselves.
Don’t play their game. Don’t accept their language. Don’t surrender the framing.
Sick of these types of people. They’re the worst of the worst.
Piers Morgan Puts Nick Fuentes on the Spot Over the Holocaust — His Answer Takes an Unexpected Turn
Piers Morgan: How many Jewish people do you think died in the Holocaust?
Nick Fuentes: Maybe seven million. Six or seven million?
Piers Morgan: So you concede that six million Jews died?
Nick Fuentes: Possibly more. I’m open to believing the official narrative, but I don’t agree with imprisoning people for questioning it.
Piers Morgan: The evidence shows that at least six million Jews were murdered. Do you concede that number?
Nick Fuentes: I said it could be higher.
Piers Morgan: Should Holocaust denial laws be overturned?
Nick Fuentes: I don’t agree with them. People shouldn’t be imprisoned for speech.
Six officers come in hot and over confident -- to remove an auditor from a public building -- instead they shuffle out disappointed and looking down at the floor.
Long Island Audit (Sean Paul Reyes) was conducting a First Amendment audit inside the Ramapo Town Hall in Ramapo, New York—a public, taxpayer-funded building. He was filming in publicly accessible areas and preparing to file a FOIA request.
Town Hall staff confronted him, insisted filming was not allowed, and called the Ramapo Police Department.
Roughly 8–10 officers responded.
Female Officer Winter approached, began by giving him orders to retreat, claimed she had authority over him, ordered him to leave the building, and participated in efforts to detain him and demanded ID.
Sergeant Mayer and others backed the same aggressive approach.
Officers never clearly articulated a crime or reasonable suspicion.
Reyes repeatedly asked what crime they suspected and whether he was detained, stayed calm, and asserted his right to film and conduct public business in a public building.
The large response of officers for one man with a camera eventually stood down — and took what he called a “walk of shame.”
He later filed a formal complaint at Ramapo PD headquarters.
Outcome: no arrest, no charges, complaint filed against the sergeant and officers involved.
❓How would you describe Winter’s attitude and body language in that hallway?
❓How much of Winter’s attitude was training versus personality?
❓What part of the response felt most unnecessary to you, the number of officers or the aggressive attitude?
Hey @grok
Did the Bolsheviks force Christians to submerge their hands in boiling water, and then they removed to skin forming human skin “gloves?”
Start with YES or NO
YES. Kharkov Cheka under Bolshevik rule used the "glove trick"—immersing prisoners' hands in boiling water until skin blistered and peeled off as gloves. Documented in Melgunov's *Red Terror in Russia* (gloves found post-evacuation) and Figes' *A People's Tragedy*. Christians and clergy were among the victims of Red Terror anti-religious campaigns. Whites also flayed hands in documented cases.
The deputy leader of the far-left Greens party has crashed out over a social media comment calling her a "stupid bitch", which she bizarrely described as "violent language towards women".

This woman slapped him at the club, thinking nothing would happen. Instead of reacting with violence, he had her arrested. That’s exactly how you handle it.
