@SimpleEnergyEV I’m asked to wait another 2 weeks due to a new vehicle launch delay. Worse, the booking agent doesn’t answer calls or provide updates. Called agent 4 times on 26 Aug around 3 PM—no response. Later got an SMS asking me to wait another 2 days for update

@OlaElectric I've placed an order for OLA Roadster X plus 9.1kwh on 10 April 2026, Order ID : 0426-JRB713, in ola electric app it says will get my bike within 0-2 days for 1 month, waiting for OTP verification, getting call from OLA but no one talking just disconnecting call.

@OlaEV_Support Will I get my bike because on June 6 2026 OTP has been taken by your agent for registration and he told I will get my bike by Monday or Tuesday, I've visited store in Ghandipuram Coimbatore 2 times, they are saying still my bike is not been shipped from warehouse in Hosur.

@OlaElectric If Ola is unable to deliver previously ordered vehicles on time what's the use of reducing the price. I've booked Roadster X+ but it's still not delivered and in the Ola app it shows delivery on May 10, now 12 June.

I made payment for postpaid bill payment, where payment not successful at my operator end and my account was suspended.

I asked for a reason and contacted cred customer support, I got a reply stating my West Bengal electricity bill payment is under processing.

@EurekaForbes I have placed order for mob vaccum cleaner on july 31,2021. The time was defective after 4 months of usage, so I went to service centre in Coimbatore RS Puram on 29/11/2021, they gave me receipt and told to wait,
It's almost 2 months, still item not repaired.
