Apparently, questioning a 31.6% overfill from a U.S. fill-and-finish operation is enough to get blocked. Manufacturing quality shouldn't be a China vs. USA popularity contest. Facts are facts, regardless of where a product is made. Blocking the person asking doesn't change the question. To each their own.

🚨 RUO PEPTIDE SELLERS: READ THIS BEFORE ELI LILLY COMES KNOCKING.

7 marketing and business practices Lilly highlighted:

1️⃣ Reconstitution instructions: Providing instructions for mixing lyophilized peptides with bacteriostatic water, which Lilly argues indicates preparation for human injection.

2️⃣ Influencers and affiliate codes: Using influencers who discuss personal weight-loss experiences while promoting products, merchandise, and discount codes.

3️⃣ Owner's personal social media: Posting about fat loss, muscle growth, injections, dosing calculations, and how to get started with peptides.

4️⃣ Human health marketing: Promoting research products alongside messages about improving health, fitness, and physical appearance.

5️⃣ Clinical trial references: Using pharmaceutical clinical trial results to promote compounds being sold through an RUO storefront.

6️⃣ Consumer-focused sales tactics: Shopping carts, volume discounts, free shipping incentives, and age-verification requirements were cited as supporting evidence of consumer targeting.

7️⃣ Manufacturing claims: Making representations about cGMP-certified manufacturing facilities that Lilly alleges do not match the actual business location.

THE TAKEAWAY:

Lilly isn't simply pointing at a vial labeled retatrutide.

It's building an argument using website language, influencer promotions, social media posts, product instructions, and business representations.

Some of these practices are ordinary commercial activities. Others may suggest that products labeled RUO are actually being marketed for human use. Lilly is presenting them collectively as evidence.

A disclaimer means very little if your marketing contradicts it.
