Tzolis is a fantastic player and a great signing, no doubt about that.

However, there is also a bit of selfishness and a tendency to delay releasing the ball. He has the ability to create something himself, but he sometimes prioritizes the individual action over the quicker team pass.

Sometimes, he needs to be quicker to release the ball when there is an opportunity to simply lay it off to a teammate.

Maybe you may not agree with me, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗴𝘂𝗲, take enough time to rewatch the last game in full. Not by focusing on him alone, but by looking at the players he could have given a smart pass to.

We shouldn't focus solely on his movement and actions on the ball, we should also look at the players around him who might have benefited from a smart pass from him or might have had an opportunity to score.

He has provided assists for some goals, but he could record even more assists if he worked on his decision making and learned to make those smart passes more consistently.
