All these surprises have come to our notice now. But safety is most important aspect which is completely on ignore mode.

And these civil flaws are known to us only after we get the possession which is at least 3 to 4 months of full payment. Till then we are not even allowed to go and visit our flat till the possession. After paying a premium price feel cheated with all these civil flaws.

Wonder how many more months will they make us wait. Hundreds of families from this projects still waiting and they taking their own sweet time. Wonder if they do the same with all their projects!
