Our tax dollars are paying for dogs to be mutilated, poisoned, and killed so this place can make money. Ridglan Farms holds 3,00+ beagles in cramped cages. The gov. continues to fund this cruelty despite clear evidence of abuse. Now is the time to demand better.

@MarcBekoff @AALDP_DU Federal funding for experiments on chimpanzees ended in 2015—why are we still doing this? Over 40k dogs suffer in labs yearly in facilities like Ridglan w/ repeated violations cruelty laws. Anyone okay with your tax $ funding this? We must demand better for our best friends.

@Lewis_Bollard @waynehhsiung One of my favorite quotes from this ruling is that a "reasonably prudent prosecutor" would issue charges when a judge assigns a special prosecutor. It is a small-but-mighty vindication of the endless pleas of all of the Ridglan dogs and all of the activists trying to free them.

If Sonoma County (CA) believes that advocates don't have the #RightToRescue sick and dying animals who are intensively confined in cages and live in squalor, then its District Attorney should #ProsecuteMe and everyone else who has attempted to help the victims of animal agriculture.
