मैं एक CAPF ऑफिसर की पत्नी हूँ और अपने पति पति का हक माँगती हूँ….
सरकार सोने का नाटक कर रही है ताकि CAPF के जवानों और अधिकारियों की जायज मांगों को अनसुना किया जा सके। माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय @SupremeCourtIND के आदेशों की अनदेखी करना देश की सुरक्षा करने वालों का अपमान है। जागिए सरकार, न्याय में देरी अन्याय है! जो जवान सरहदों पर जागते हैं, उनके हक की बात आने पर प्रशासन 'कुंभकर्णी नींद' में क्यों सो जाता है? सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसलों को लागू करने के बजाय उन्हें फाइलों में दबाया जा रहा है। CAPF के अधिकारियों और जवानों का धैर्य अब जवाब दे रहा है।
माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय @SupremeCourtIND से मेरी विनम्र प्रार्थना है कि #CAPF के हक में दिए गए अपने पिछले ऐतिहासिक फैसलों को सख्ती से लागू करवाएं। संसद और प्रशासन की फाइलों में न्याय दबना नहीं चाहिए। देश की सुरक्षा करने वालों को उनका हक मिलना ही सच्चा सम्मान है। #ImplementSupremeCourtOrder

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के बावजूद OGAS, NFFU,NFSG के मामले में CAPF कार्मिकों के साथ दोयम दर्जे का व्यवहार राष्ट्रवादी सरकार से अनापेक्षित था. दोयम दर्जे के नागरिक को PPMG,पराक्रम समेत दर्ज़न भर मैडलस धारण करने का कोई हक नही बनता,अतैव इन्हें मैं वापस करना चाहता हूँ।आदर
