Try this reflection structure when prompting teachers to shift practice:
- Amplify: What do you want to keep or increase?
- Alter: What would you like to change or STOP doing?
- Activate: What new practices would you like to try?

@ReadByExample No one can observe/record what someone is thinking. Teaching is a thinking person's job. We can ask afterwards, however 💯s of other decisions are made after that point in time, so we can not expect it to be accurately recalled. Only teachers know what they are 🧠 at that moment.

Teacher Retention Idea: Since teachers are not paid over the summer, it would be great if schools would pay for the days needed to set up classrooms for the new school year- and provide extra time for those new to the school.
