BREAKING NEWS! A sight seeing helicopter giving rides at the Backwoods Music Festival at Mulberry Mountain is missing . Investigators said it never came back from giving a tour ride . They are searching now . This is up the Pig Trail (Highway23) north of Ozark.

A construction worker was rushed to the hospital after a concrete wall fell on him at the Harps on 74th and Rogers Avenue in Fort Smith. The construction team was doing a remodeling job at the store.

A fire at West Apartments in Fort Smith sent two people to the hospital and left 4 apartment units of people without homes tonight. Investigators still working on finding the official cause of the fire.
