The most sustainable fishing practice in the world. They use barbless hooks and wait for the tuna to school. Zero bycatch and these fish go right onto ice. Fairly certain this is the Wild Pacific Albacore fishery. Sadly much of this tuna is processed, shipped overseas to be canned then sent back to the US. We buy this fish fresh for our ceviche. Eat more US seafood.
