China just got real. This October, 5 STAR LABS is heading to China to meet suppliers and manufacturers.
Suppliers, scan below. Know someone I should meet? Tag them. You send the leads. I’ll knock on the doors.
Departing San Francisco tonight for Taiwan, then Hong Kong before continuing into China. Looking forward to meeting business partners and strengthening relationships. Grateful to our customers, friends and family for their continued support of 5 STAR LABS.
@KimeraChems Hell yeah, man! Sounds like an awesome adventure. Have fun and stay safe! I'll shoot you a message when I'm in Shenzhen. If you're nearby, maybe we can link up for drinks, dim sum, or tea, my treat! If we cross paths, great! If not, no worries at all. Safe travels, my friend!
Apparently, questioning a 31.6% overfill from a U.S. fill-and-finish operation is enough to get blocked. Manufacturing quality shouldn't be a China vs. USA popularity contest. Facts are facts, regardless of where a product is made. Blocking the person asking doesn't change the question. To each their own.
What a transformation, brother! Hard work, dedication and determination played a huge role. Peptides didn't do all that work for you. If they want to call it a gateway drug, I'll take that gateway to better health, confidence and getting your life back any day! Zero judgment. Keep inspiring others, man!
Appreciate the kind words, brother! These were the key points I pulled from this particular court filing, but I'm sure there's plenty more to uncover. I'll keep digging through the filings as more information becomes available. There's a lot the industry can learn from these cases. Thanks for stopping by, man. Have a great day!
🚨 RUO PEPTIDE SELLERS: READ THIS BEFORE ELI LILLY COMES KNOCKING.
Want to understand what can put your research peptide business under legal scrutiny?
Look at what Eli Lilly actually cited in its federal lawsuit against LiveWell.
These aren't hypothetical examples.
They're allegations taken directly from Lilly's filed complaint.
7 marketing and business practices Lilly highlighted:
1️⃣ Reconstitution instructions: Providing instructions for mixing lyophilized peptides with bacteriostatic water, which Lilly argues indicates preparation for human injection.
2️⃣ Influencers and affiliate codes: Using influencers who discuss personal weight-loss experiences while promoting products, merchandise, and discount codes.
3️⃣ Owner's personal social media: Posting about fat loss, muscle growth, injections, dosing calculations, and how to get started with peptides.
4️⃣ Human health marketing: Promoting research products alongside messages about improving health, fitness, and physical appearance.
5️⃣ Clinical trial references: Using pharmaceutical clinical trial results to promote compounds being sold through an RUO storefront.
6️⃣ Consumer-focused sales tactics: Shopping carts, volume discounts, free shipping incentives, and age-verification requirements were cited as supporting evidence of consumer targeting.
7️⃣ Manufacturing claims: Making representations about cGMP-certified manufacturing facilities that Lilly alleges do not match the actual business location.
THE TAKEAWAY:
Lilly isn't simply pointing at a vial labeled retatrutide.
It's building an argument using website language, influencer promotions, social media posts, product instructions, and business representations.
Some of these practices are ordinary commercial activities. Others may suggest that products labeled RUO are actually being marketed for human use. Lilly is presenting them collectively as evidence.
A disclaimer means very little if your marketing contradicts it.
These are allegations in a lawsuit, not findings that the defendants violated the law. But for anyone operating an RUO peptide business, the complaint offers a valuable look at the evidence a pharmaceutical company may use to challenge your operations.
Read the complaints. Study the allegations. Understand the exposure.
Protect your business by understanding what is actually happening in this industry.
5 STAR LABS
Don't sweat it, brother! I got blocked today too, simply for complimenting a vendor's testing and quote-posting their findings of a 31.6% overfill from a U.S. fill-and-finish facility. Apparently, pointing out that quality comes down to data, not geography, rubbed someone the wrong way. Keep your head up!
Great strategy digging through those court filings! Lilly's complaints can offer a valuable blueprint of what legal risks to avoid, even before anything is proven in court. I'm open to U.S. manufacturing, but I won't close doors to China either. Both have challenges. Options matter.

@SaltyGoat17 I'm waiting for the ultimate Premium+ bundle. Cellular, internet, Grok, Grokbot, X Money, the whole package under one subscription. The infamous Everything App finally living up to its name. Sign me up!
@clavicular Great work, brother. I'm genuinely impressed with what you've accomplished and the direction you're heading. I see tremendous potential in these industries and would welcome the opportunity to connect and explore possible ways to work together. Keep up the great work!
@TheLongInvest Some call it a gateway drug. But if that gateway leads to getting your life, confidence, mobility and health back, even running around with your kids again, that's a path I won't judge anyone for taking. Get your life back. Get your confidence back. Get your dignity back.♥️
@500ghosts Looking great, man! I have no doubt it took more than reta to get here. Hard work, dedication, and determination played a huge role. It's great seeing people regain their health and confidence. Keep it up. I have a feeling this isn't the end. It's just the beginning.
@realtalkstruth@XMoney Yes, I use X Money. I've moved $120K in and I'm in the process of moving seven figures. Unfortunately, I've already been denied twice trying to raise my $1,500/day withdrawal limit. Now I'm a little cautious about moving more. Receipts 👇

@XMoney@elonmusk Can someone explain this?
I have $105,015 sitting in X Money, yet I'm limited to transferring just $1,500 to my linked bank.
I requested a limit increase. It was denied.
I WANT to move seven figures into X Money, but this makes absolutely no sense to me.
I moved $100,000 into X Money today alone. When I requested higher withdrawal limits, I was told I need a “longer track record of account activity” and should try again in 30 days.
How am I supposed to be comfortable moving seven figures into X Money when I can deposit $100,000 in a day, but can't transfer more than $1,500 of my balance back to my linked bank?
I'm not trying to attack X Money. I genuinely want to use the product and move significantly more money here. I just need someone to explain how this is supposed to work.
@SmokeySnipe Yeah, it's sick alright, until you try raising your withdrawal limits while moving seven figures into X Money and get denied twice. Already moved over $100K and still stuck at $1,500/day. I WANT this to work. Receipts 👇

X Money has huge potential! I'm in the process of moving seven figures into it. Already moved over $100K, but I'm stuck at $1,500/day withdrawals and have been denied twice trying to raise my limits. I WANT X Money to succeed, but access matters. Receipts 👇

@Jason Hey Jason, love what you're doing! Any chance you could help me reach someone at X Money? I've moved over $100K in, but I'm still stuck at $1,500/day withdrawals after two denials. I'd genuinely appreciate your help! My receipts 👇

@Titratelab@NDMFlyHigh I agree 100%! These lawsuits are a treasure trove of useful information. There's a lot to learn from reviewing the actual court filings. Appreciate you sharing your insights!
