How is this expected to work exactly? Like honestly? Your trip is assigned to whoever accepted. That driver exclusively has your trip, bevause they accepted. If they cancel last minute, Uber is supposed to force nearby drivers to accept your last minute trip? Get over it

Hey @uber: If you are going to give users the ability to reserve cars ahead of time, you have to solve for last-second driver cancellations. My airport ride cancelled at pickup time, and it took 33 minutes for me to get another ride. That is terrible service. @Uber_Support
