The occupancy fee includes a part of the remainder of your downpayment, condo fees and taxes. There are no mtg payments
@THORmaximalist@ShaziGoalie Occupancy fees are partially based off the balance you owe vs. The bank of Canada posted rate. Which is explained in the APS. So with rates rising over the time the home was built makes sense that the occupancy fee was much higher than they expected.
