@JacobsFieldRBW I think the org plans many lineup decisions ahead of time (i.e. day game after a night game, lineup vs. RHP/LHP, scheduled DH or days off) that sometimes it can backfire and seem to ignore reality. Probably prudent planning on their part but it can look tone deaf in the moment.
@finkn23 They've shown more willingness to "hurt feelings" this year than in the past (Bo Naylor, for example). Already this year we've seen DeLayter, Kayfus, Valera, Fairchild, and Halpin in the OF and I'm confident they'll give others opportunities. AAA and MLB are clearly not the same.
@CovertheCorner Thank you for making the point with nuance instead of the standard "bunting is for losers" take. Didn't see it last night but your summary makes me cringe, and I'm #teambunt where appropriate.
@FranmilsEyebrow I got an S a year and a half ago for the new college football game and am now playing The Show on it as well. Works perfectly for my needs.
@JakerBrahney Handy even thought about the bye. That would be HUGE and feels like something that's worth aiming for - one less round and less possibility of a random result
