Working pre move turn starts when the runner starts steal left knee & shoulders start turn receive the ball in the zone stay low don't stand too soon keeping sight line for ump right foot down quick giving ground towards second base can you do this all in sink ? No hesitation

Catcher working on pitch high in zone the key is to stay above the ball and work down to the zone not catch and drag all one continuous motion meet the ball don't beat the ball to the spot show clove parallel to the ground
