RKD with runner on base setup move to get in throwing position notice the quick exchange eyes need to be constantly moving between pitcher and runner on first don't rely on the " Runner " call
Last night catcher Drew Millas drove in 5 runs in the Red Wings home opener. He went 3-4 with 2 triples, a homerun and a walk. His 2nd triple had an exit velocity of 106.2 mph. His homerun went 363 ft. to right field off a slider.
So proud of this young man,Spring Training didn't quit turn out the way he wanted but starting AAA catcher and waiting your next opportunity is a great thing !!!!!
The Nationals face the Marlins in Jupiter today, which means they get their first chance to try out the ABS challenge system. Drew Millas, who had plenty of experience with it at AAA, thinks it actually makes catchers more important than before. https://t.co/3C5qDQqPQF
