Another controversy has hit the Punjab & Haryana High Court again.

Its Acting Chief Justice (ACJ) had withdrawn a politically sensitive case relating to Dearness Allowance of PSPCL from another bench that had a reputation of being independent, hears it himself in violation of roster since such matters were not before him, and passed an order on 3 August against the Government of Punjab, political adversary of the BJP, creating a financial liability of Rs 20,000 crores. He even reduced the time period to pay the amount from 30 days to 15 days, which in all terms is a practical impossibility. Remember, Punjab’s debt related issue is being raked up before the upcoming state election.

Days later, on 6 August, the ACJ gets promoted as the Chief Justice of the same High Court.

Is this a coincidence?

If you remember, I had reported how the previous Chief Justice too had violated the roster to withdraw and list politically sensitive cases related to AAP-to-BJP defector MPs. That Chief Justice was elevated to the Supreme Court recently. Why are roster violations and misuse of master of roster powers being accepted? Several such instances in opposition ruled states. We must guard our institutions from being weaponised to meet political ends.

Because its legal right of Employees .Moreover Justice Mishra is still only Acting Chief Justice,not promoted yet,merely recommended by collegium.Check your facts before spinning narrative. How this is linked with rights of employees?

The judiciary did its job for 6 lakh employees & pensioners. Its only inconvenient for your AAP bosses in an election year, when they prefer spending on promotions.

Do you know they're taking fresh loans of around ₹25,000 crore through GAMADA & PSPCL,Yet claim they can’t clear DA. Punjab's debt is set to touch ₹5 lakh crore, compared with around ₹2.7 lakh crore when AAP came to power.

We appreciated some of your earlier work. But running a hit job against lakhs of Punjab's own employees is shameful.

Narendra Modi’s name has surfaced in the Epstein files. America’s serial rapist, child sex offender, and human trafficker Jeffrey Epstein wrote in an email on July 9, 2017: 👇

“The Indian Prime Minister Modi took advice and danced and sang in Israel for the benefit of the US President. They had met a few weeks ago. IT WORKED!”

Epstein clearly states that Modi took advice from him and went to Israel, where he danced and sang for the benefit of the US President. He also said that it worked.

👉PM Modi was on a visit to Israel from July 4 to 6, 2017. Epstein wrote this email just three days later.

👉Just before the Israel visit, on June 25–26, 2017, Modi had met US President Donald Trump in America.

👉 Connecting the dots in Jeffrey Epstein’s emails reveals that Modi went to America in June 2017 and took advice from Epstein there.

Now it is clear that Prime Minister Modi has a very deep and long-standing connection with Jeffrey Epstein, which is shameful for India.

विश्वगुरु बनने की दिशा में ऐतिहासिक छलांग

जो हॉवर्ड, कैम्ब्रिज, ऑक्सफ़ोर्ड अपने यहाँ न कर सके, भारत ने कर दिखाया। बधाई हो।

आख़िरकार वह दिन आ ही गया, जब उच्च शिक्षा का नायाब उद्देश्य सामने ला दिया गया। पीएचडी से पहले पीडी (पपी डिग्री) लेनी होगी। अब प्रोफ़ेसर किताबें कम पढ़ेंगे, लावारिस कुत्ते गिनेंगे, क्योंकि ज्ञान मात्र से राष्ट्र नहीं बनता, राष्ट्र बनता है गिनती से, जाति जनगणना हो ना हो, कुत्तागणना राष्ट्र निर्माण के लिए परम अनिवार्य है।

शिक्षा व्यवस्था ने लंबी छलांग लगाई है। जहाँ दुनिया आर्टिफ़िशियल इंटेलिजेंस, क्वांटम कंप्यूटिंग और रिसर्च फंडिंग की बात कर रही है, वहीं हम “भौं-भौं आधारित मूल्यांकन प्रणाली” विकसित कर रहे हैं।

अब कैंपस में सवाल यह नहीं होगा कि “आपका शोध विषय क्या है?”
बल्कि यह होगा “सर, आज कितने कुत्ते मिले?”

यह निर्णय साबित करता है कि विश्वगुरु बनने के लिए दिमाग़ नहीं, आदेश चाहिए। शिक्षक पढ़ाए या गिनती करे—यह तय करना अब शिक्षक का काम नहीं। क्योंकि जब सत्ता को सोच से डर लगने लगे, तो वह शिक्षकों को छात्रों से हटाकर कुत्तों में उलझा देती है।

अंत में बस इतना ही-
ज्ञान से लबरेज़ जब कोई भौंकेगा, तो दुनिया लोहा मानेगी। अब विश्वगुरु बनने से दुनिया की कोई ताक़त रोक सकती है क्या?
