No, and that's the whole point. Removing someone for who they are, like their race or being trans, is discrimination, and it's illegal. Removing someone for what they do, like staging a protest or refusing to leave when security asks, is enforcing the rules. Brandi says in her own video they went there to protest. She also says she wouldn't leave "of my own free will." That's conduct, not identity. The same rule applies to everyone.
