När C-ledaren pekar ut Ulf Kristersson (M) att få nästa sonderingsuppdrag – ”duckar hon” sitt eget och Centerpartiets avgörande inflytande i valet av statsminister – Och när opartiska @SVT låter C-ledaren oemotsagd säga att "Kristersson bör få uppdraget" misslyckas @SVT med sitt journalistiska uppdrag – när den uppenbara motfrågan inte ställs:

"Om Kristersson får uppdraget – kommer ni i Centerpartiet att släppa fram honom som statsminister – om han är beroende av SD – eller kommer ni rösta nej?

Eftersom den uppenbara följdfrågan inte ställs av @SVT – tvingas inte C-ledaren ”lägga korten på bordet” – och @SVT misslyckas därmed med sitt ”granskande och ansvarsutkrävande” journalistiska uppdrag.

George Galloway posted this photo today with the caption "What if this was your Dad? #Gaza."

This man is not in Gaza and he is not Palestinian. He is Syrian, like me.

His name is Mohammed Mohiedin Anis, known as Abu Omar. AFP photographer Joseph Eid took this photo in March 2017, in the ruins of Abu Omar's bedroom in al-Shaar, eastern Aleppo, the neighborhood devastated in the regime's 2016 offensive to retake the city. Abu Omar was a collector of antiques and vintage cars. The war took his home and most of his collection. He came back anyway, sat on his bed in the rubble, lit his pipe and played a record. The whole world knew this picture as the face of Aleppo's destruction.

And Galloway knows exactly who destroyed Aleppo, because he was on their payroll.

In 2012, Galloway began hosting a show on Al Mayadeen, the Beirut channel that has never disclosed its backers and is widely seen as the voice of Iran's "Axis of Resistance." He was reportedly paid around £3,000 an episode. He also presented on Iran's state channel Press TV, and spent nearly a decade on Putin's RT.

The Axis: the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hezbollah, the Iraqi militias, the Houthis and, until December 2024, the Assad regime. For over 13 years after the 2011 uprising, Assad survived only because the IRGC, Hezbollah and Russia fought his war for him. When the regime finally collapsed, he fled to Moscow and was granted "humanitarian" asylum. The same humanity he denied every Syrian he bombed.

Who doesn't remember the barrel bombs on bakeries and markets? The sarin in Ghouta and Khan Sheikhoun? The chlorine in Douma?

Galloway remembers. On his show he called Assad "the last bastion of Arab dignity." When Assad gassed Douma in 2018, Galloway pushed the "staged attack" conspiracy, even though the OPCW confirmed chlorine was used.

None of this is new. This is the man who stood before Saddam Hussein in 1994 and saluted his "courage" and "indefatigability." He was suspended from the House of Commons after an inquiry found strong circumstantial evidence that Saddam's regime, with his connivance, used the Oil-for-Food program, meant to feed starving Iraqi children, to fund his Mariam Appeal campaign.

In 2014 he declared Bradford an "Israel-free zone": no Israeli goods, no Israeli academics, not even Israeli tourists. Police logged it as a hate incident.

Last year he flew to Tehran to accept an award named after Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, called him a "martyr," and boasted that his most treasured possession is Haniyeh's personal passport. Then he flew straight to Moscow to applaud Putin's Victory Day parade.

Today, the self-proclaimed anti-imperialist lives in what he calls "exile," broadcasting from Russia and China, lecturing the West about freedom.

This is not an honest mistake. It is the method of Galloway and his camp, and it is what they mean by "by any means necessary." When the truth doesn't serve the cause, you invent a new one. A Syrian father, ruined by Assad and his Iranian and Russian patrons, becomes a Gazan victim of Israel. The real killers get erased, and the propagandist who defended them on their payroll gets applause from a Western audience that never bothers to check.

Syrians remember who bombed Aleppo. They remember who went on TV to defend it.

Abu Omar is not your propaganda, shameless George.

October 24, 2023. Seventeen days after the massacre. Ghazi Hamad of the Hamas political bureau sat on Lebanese television and declined to pretend.

He said that Israel has no place on the land. It has to be removed. Al-Aqsa Flood was the first time. There will be a second, a third, a fourth. They will teach Israel a lesson again and again. They are a nation of martyrs and they are proud of the bill.

When the host asked if that meant the annihilation of Israel, he didn’t reach for a two-state sentence. He said yes. Of course. Then he called Nova a party that happened to be in the way, and finished with the line the West still refuses to challenge… that October 7, October 10, October a million… Everything they do is justified.

That’s not resistance language. That’s a schedule. He told you the opening act was not the main show.

So the next time they try it, spare us the lectures about buildings and maps and poor innocent civilians. They named this war. They named the target. They even openly named the sequel. A people who announce that your country must be finished, and that they will keep coming until it is, do not get to complain about what happens to the strip they used as the launch pad.

Gaza exists as a civilian fact only for as long as the men who rule it stop treating October 7 as a first installment. They said they would not stop. Believe them. And if they try it again as he promised, Gaza will no longer exist. The world can kick and scream all it wants. If they come at us again, we will finish it once and for all.

Hatar att behöva skriva det på näsan, men på förekommen anledning:

När somalisk parlamentarism möter svensk demokrati och den svenska vallagstiftningen uppstår såväl friktion som synergieffekter.

Finns inget rasistiskt i det konstaterandet.

Men det som inträffat aktualiserar flera reformer i den svenska medborgarlagstiftningen. Där vi bör anamma en tillämpning på den amerikanska:

- Varje statsminister och samtliga statsråd får inte ha något annat medborgarskap än svenskt och skall vara födda i Sverige (jfr vad som gäller för amerikansk president och vicepresident).
- Först efter fem års medborgarskap är du valbar till kommunfullmäktige.
- Först efter sju års medborgarskap är du valbar till regionfullmäktige.
- Först efter nio års medborgarskap är du valbar till riksdagen.

I USA gäller sju år till representanthus och nio år till senaten. Dessa spärrar kom till eftersom USA i grunden historiskt är en "stat av migranter" eller "stat av nationaliteter". Som garant för att amerikanska intressen skall sättas först.

Sverige är idag en statsbildning med stora migrantgrupper och måste, anser jag, anpassa sin demokrati efter detta.

Finns inget rasistiskt i detta utan det är en normal naturaliseringsprocess. Samt garant för att du som förtroendevald vet vad ämbetet innebär.

Ordna detta så slipper vi mycket av de problem som Borlänge-valet resulterade i.

However, after the devastating floods in fall 2024, The Guardian said that Spain is becoming too wet because of climate change.

The observational data, however, tell a different story. A recent study published in Nature in March 2025 analyzed long-term rainfall data in the Mediterranean and found that no statistically significant long-term trends exist in the whole.

Interestingly, in Spain, there has been little trend in rainfall since 1871. However, if the analysis starts in 1951, there is a significant decrease (p <0.05), while starting in 1981 yields a statistically significant increase (p <0.05).

This just goes to show that people (like the writers at The Guardian) can manipulate data to get a desired trend to suit a specific narrative.

Debatten om Borlängevalet har handlat om förkryssade valsedlar och ordet klan. Men det material, inte bara medieuppgifter, som finns tillgängligt i främst öppna arkiv och andra källor visar dock något annat.

Det visar ett öppet och personligt nätverksbygge mellan Somalias försvars- och säkerhetsledning och två svensksomaliska nätverk. Nätverket byggdes steg för steg med svenska offentliga medel.

Inledningsvis användes det för att motarbeta extremism, sedan för att öka valdeltagandet och slutligen för att maximera somaliskt inflytande i ett svenskt riksdagsval.

Shabana Mahmood, the Pakistani Muslim Home Secretary of the UK, has announced that she will open a new refugee route specifically prioritizing Afghans and Palestinians.

Passing time in a tightly packed airport coffee shop recently, I ended up in conversation with a thirty-something couple sitting only inches from me. I was coming from Mexico City and they were going there. After the usual banter, I asked where they were from and learned they were New Yorkers moving out of that city. They didn’t offer a reason and I didn’t press for one.

They asked me what I did for a living and I explained that I was a writer currently investigating how cartels were smuggling people into the US. I say I was chatting with this couple, but it was really only with her. He said nothing the entire time. But he listened intently as she asked questions.

“You travel a lot? Where have you been?”

“Well, so far this year, I’ve covered the WEF in Davos, researched Karl Marx in London, went to Gaza with the IDF…”

“You’ve been to Israel?” She interrupted. “We’ve been there. What do you think of the war?”

I guessed that here our conversation would end unhappily. They were New Yorkers, so almost certainly heavily propagandized lefties. But I pressed on.

“Almost everything you hear in Western media is wrong…”

“You mean it’s a lie. How?”

“Oct 7 was not just a Charlie Hebdo-style terrorist attack. It was an act of war. More than 7,000 Hamas terrorists penetrated the frontier at more than 100 points. Inspired by Islam, they had been instructed to r8pe, behead, torture, and kidnap men, women, and children.”

He still said nothing, but leaned forward, eyes narrowing.

“Who helped them do it?” She asked.

“Iran was the biggest supplier, but North Korea, China, and Qatar mostly. The UNRWA also played a role. Weapons and matériel were stockpiled in Egypt and smuggled into Gaza through tunnels.”

“You know that?”

“I know that. Trust me.” That led to a discussion of President Sisi, the Muslim Brotherhood, and my standoff with Egyptian State Security in Cairo. Still, I had no real gauge for where they stood politically. She asked if I had written anything on the subject, so I pointed her to my article for The Federalist connecting the dots between Egypt, USAID, Gaza, and my swatting.

A woman sitting nearby, leaned over and said, “Forgive me for eavesdropping on your conversation, but this is fascinating.” We all chatted a bit longer and I left.

About 30 minutes later I was standing in line at the gate waiting to board my flight when the husband appeared.

“Pardon me, but I had to come find you.” He was full of emotion. He indicated that he and his wife were Israelis who had lived in NYC but were now fleeing Mamdani’s third world sh*thole.

“You are a man who needs the protection of angels,” he said, and then presented me with a Jewish holy book. “We want you to have this. I pray it protects you.”

With that he turned and walked away.

Gentile and fierce Protestant that I am, I was nonetheless deeply moved. It seems they had read the article and, catching a glimpse of my work, felt my life was in danger. For my own part, I was aware that the same ideology that threatened me, was the same one that threatened them, forced them to move, and imperiled their native land.

I’m often amazed by the people the Lord puts in my path when I pause long enough to look around and notice them.
