@PlayStation Is there anyway to get support? I’ve been trying for hours everyday since the 6th to cancel my preorder for Hogwarts Legacy but I’m constantly told that no one is available and to try another day. This is for voice and chat. Any help would be appreciated!

@tweethue Or allow users to downgrade and recover our already built scenes. It’s unthoughtful to assume that your users have the time to rebuild all those scenes using another method.

@tweethue Deleting all of the widgets we’ve created with the new update and expecting your users to recreate them in a different app is arrogant at worst and unthoughtful at best.

@tweethue I disagree. Siri Shortcuts are a step back. On top of taking more screen space and limited in number of widgets displayed, they can only have one function (on or off). A clunky and lazy solution. Please reconsider bringing back the already established method.
