@TfL Thanks for your reply Richard, this is exactly as I expected. It is ludicrous that drivers are refusing fare paying passengers onto empty buses, particularly when you hear of the perilous state of TfL finances. I hope all bus companies & their staff are briefed on this!

@TfL Is it right that an EMPTY 607 bus refuses to let ordinary passengers on because it is a designated school service? This just happened at 0811hrs at VL bus stop (Bromyard Avenue). Absurd if true, particularly as I am a key worker!!
