@missallybobally I used to avoid it. I grew up in a very unstable home, so I used to try and people please. I did what everyone else wanted in order to keep the peace. In the last few years I have started to deal with directly and set boundaries. Those 5 minutes of disagreement, set peace within.

@NASSspine I had an MRI done for low back pain with burning and swelling in my legs. Turns out I have short pedicles from l3-s1. What procedure is used for this?....I have tried all the noninvasive treatments, but the pain has only gotten worse. Back pain has been almost 3 months constant.
