It’s crazy how there was a point where Overwatch was considered the gold standard for skins but the Marvel Rivals came out and out did them so bad people hate Overwatch skins and art style.
@ripper_blaze Also just not true and you do realise women having “ass and boobs” doesn’t inherently make them sexualised right? I’m not gonna bother to continue this debate though because it’s clear your mindset is incredibly limited and not in good faith.
@ripper_blaze … reinterpreted to fit within either art style of the game or the world lore they’ve created. So your argument just falls apart here because most of their skins are new designs from scratch like OW. The bikini skins are in the minority in comparison.
@ripper_blaze I can tell you don’t know what you’re talking about and just using “gooner slop” as a buzz word because invis only has one bikini skin. The rest she is fully clothed, 3 of those skins are based on the comics the other 5 are originals. Even the comic ones aren’t copies and are…
I don’t know why of all the tweets to get attention this one is one getting all of it right now but I am an artist and I’d prefer you follow me for that over anything else
@FranciscoKrieg As a Rivals fan and to be fair also an Overwatch fan (love ramattra) this skin is tuff. However yes artistic style is a huge factor as to why Rivals skins work so well.
@thenormieking Yeah Rivals is very generous with the their skins too. A lot of high quality ones are free and the amount of units they give away you can work your way towards any skin you want for free if you play enough.
@kiingkite I agree with you on both points here. I’ve also notice their battle passes have slowly become let’s just put a bunch of random skins together rather than having a consistent theme which I’ve never liked. Even Marvel Rivals seems to head that way and I don’t like it even if…
@ForsakenForLife In all fairness though paladins I feel like never reached the level of hype and popularity that OW did so it wasn’t involved in the conversation as much as it probably should.
@JohnBearOT the main argument a lot of people are making is just the art style is liked a lot more over Overwatch’s. That’s a whole other tangent trying to explain the possible whys that I’m not gonna get into on a twitter reply because I’m lazy and would prob make yt video instead.
@JohnBearOT Calling it terrible simply off how much stuff is going on I would say is not a good way to a judge skin. Simple works in this case because the theme is summer swimsuits. Also the model is completely different from his base and it has 6 custom options. Also…
“Signs of life” have been discovered inside a 5,300-year-old mummy
Researchers found ancient bacteria inside the Iceman's body that may date back to when he was alive
The Met Office have released a theoretical forecast for 23rd June 2056.
Based on current climate change trends these temperatures will be plausible during intense summer heatwaves in just a few decades.
Yeah now I am 100% sure that all those little moments that felt odd or out of place in the two GoW games were leading and teasing this. I know some argued it could just be retcons but from all the statements it pretty much confirms this was all planned from the jump.
Cory Barlog pitched God of War: Laufey from the beginning, stated Deborah Ann Woll🚀
✅“I've known about this for nearly ten years, and I haven't been able to talk about it
✅”He pitched it to me in 2018, and they had known about it before then.”
✅“Cory brought me in to talk about doing Ragnarök and show me the 2018 game, he already had a poster for the Laufey game with me and a cube”
✅“A cube that's been there since the beginning. It's deeply a part of the lore”
