I made a 3D printed replica of the BKM-140M; the 16:9 widescreen mask for the PVM-14L5. Spend a lot of time getting the fit & surface texture to match the original. They're available here if anyone is interested:

@redbumboo@mattysaurus I have found a couple. It's made by Funai so some Emerson and Sylvania DVD combo remotes will work. Can't remember the model numbers.
I designed this replacement Sony badge for the PVM-2030 & 2530. Took a lot of prototypes, but it fits just like the original and has a nice glossy surface finish. Working on some for other PVM models that should be ready soon.

@Stack3rr My usual strategy for case damage is to either print custom patches or cut pieces from ABS sheet. Then you can glue them in with ABS pipe cement.
@Stack3rr My printer isn't quite big enough for that. What's the problem with yours? Sometimes you can print small patch sections - it works best with ABS since you can glue it to the original case.
This was inspired by the GC Electronics 8606-L, the GOAT of alignment tools which appears to be OOP and hard to find. The printed version seems to work just as well.
Finished my design for 3D printed CRT alignment tools. The long handled one is great for those width coils & pots that are stuck waaay down in the middle of the TV.

Finished another 3D print project. This time, I designed a replacement front bezel for the JVC TM-A101G. Very happy with it! It took a while to figure out how to model the button panel in a was that was functional and could print well.
@mista_b_man I've experimented with 3D printed decals (here's one I made for a TM-1051DG). They work well but the resolution isn't quite as good as I'd like.
@mista_b_man That's the original front panel sticker. It's easy to peel it off and reapply.
I'd like to make reproduction stickers, but haven't found a place to print them yet.
