It’s going down on March 2nd. This event is open to high school and youth league coaches. High school coaches need to register with your head coach. Youth coaches this event is only $10 for pre registration. Sign in is from 8-9am. The event is from 9am-3pm. Let’s get that work!!

@702hsfbchat There will be a defensive line camp coming in town in March I believe...also the Polynesian bowl combine...and the Level Up exposure camp in April...and the rivals combine so a bunch of good opportunities coming to the 702...

@702hsfbchat I work about 15-20 days of football camps each summer. Obviously some are better than others. However I feel they are very beneficial. Any time you get your big guys competing and working technique it is a great thing.
- If you feel you have a college caliber OL. He needs to go!

Q5: Big Man Camps, Hog Camps, OL vs. DL competitions, Paid 1-day specialty camps have come under scrutiny lately. Some argue they are nothing more than huge money grabs. How beneficial are these camps for our big guys?

Coaches/Parents/Supporters, never forget that the intent of the this chat is to inform & help. Not to divulge trade secrets. Heck, most of the stuff were doing is the same, but there are some coaches who are changing positions and have now clue on what to do.

@vinceleae94 Our moderator is a DL coach. Very hard trying to avoid the DEF/DL bias. I know the OL and other DL coaches are out there. I just hope they'll chime in. Best believe there will be new OL/DL coaches with whistles this spring/fall who need some direction.

Q3: Do you coach your DL to change up their stance/alignment in pass rush/stunt situations? OL how do you adjust, knowing the situations are going to present themselves frequently in a game situation?
