@TicketmasterCS Ive had a nightmare with them from start to finish. Trying to get a refund for tickets that didn’t arrive in time. Ive been passed from complaints to refunds back to complaints who two weeks ago passed me back to refunds. Ive heard nothing since. They need a phone service!

Been trying to resolve an issue with @TicketmasterUK for 3 weeks and I’m still no closer to a refund! I spoke to @VIVOBAREFOOT yesterday about an issue, they shipped out new boots today and I’ll receive them tomorrow. That’s how you do customer service 👌

@BritishGasHelp we pay a DD of £76.22 a month for our gas and electricity and in December we where in credit by £488 but our January bill has come out and the bill was £453. Can you explain why this is?
