@ImohFavour4 NEITHER...BOTH SIDES ARE AT FAULT..ISRAEL IS AT FAULT FOR TAKING LAND, ABUSUNG AL.AQSA, etc..and Hamasaki is at fault for attacking civilians. I don't agree w/the tactic but I understand the underlying cause. Both sides need to fallback & sit dwn at the negotiating table!
