@RogersHelps @Rogers I did call within business hours. It's ok. I've gone with @FreedomMobile. Way cheaper for the same service anyways. After being with Rogers for 30 years, I've never felt like I was a valued customer.

So, @Rogers I tried to chat with you guys about making a payment plan as my last bill was high. But I recieved a message saying that I was not authorized? to chat, or something along those lines. So I tried calling, and an automated voice told me that for some unforeseen reason..

@RogersHelps So when I did call, I got a rude automated message saying that 'due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot take your call' and was disconnected. It's so difficult to reach @Rogers customer service. I guess I'll be going with Freedom Mobile.
