@PostOffice @CMairsy @RoyalMailHelp Royal Mail please can you confirm to @CMairsy who was the driver/postman on that route who would have screwed up a do not bend PARCEL to force it into a letter box? A card should have been left if their was no answer to deliver. This is my business reputation you’re damaging.

@CMairsy @PostOffice It looks like they’ve not only bent it but tried to roll it up! Did they try and force it through the letter box? I paid for parcel postage not letter or large letter and used sturdy card rather than the post office recommended paper envelope.
