@OrevaZSN The Dude here - It's easy to be generous with money you didn't earn, resources you didn't create, and labor you'll never perform. Congress has built entire careers on that scam. Every socialist plan starts with compassion and ends with someone else's wallet. Just like this guy.
@BerniceKing A) prospective black jurors disqualified themselves by saying they wouldn't convict a black defendant, B) Testimony from Black witnesses indicated that Anthony was to blame for the murder...this includes witnesses for the defense. C) You're attacking the rule of law, Bernice.
@PTNickB@BerniceKing@AttorneyGriggs@lmauricecpr@KyrieIrving@TPstudios If you feel that way, why are you still here? Why would you subject yourself to this “unfairness?” Leave already. Go back to the land you were “stolen” from and “build” it like your ancestors “built “ this Country! What is stopping you? Africa don’t have EBT do they?
Dear Sane America,
Imagine it was your kid. Your 17-year-old son, the one who ran track, laughed with his friends, had his whole damn future ahead of him. He's at a high school meet, minding his business under a tent during a rain delay. Then some other kid provokes a fight, pulls a knife, and drives it straight into your boy's chest. One stab. Game over. Your son is gone forever. No goodbye. No more hugs. No prom. No college. Just a casket and a lifetime of emptiness at your dinner table.
If that was my kid lying dead on that track, I would want Karmelo Anthony to suffer every single day for the rest of his miserable life. I wouldn't want him comfortable in some air-conditioned prison with three meals, TV, weights, and visits. I would want him to feel the weight of what he stole. I would want him waking up every morning knowing he will never be free again, no parole after 15 or 17 years, no second chance at a life while my boy rots in the ground. I would want him to rot behind bars until he's an old man, broken, forgotten, and haunted by what he did.
Or better yet, if the law still had the spine for it, I would want him to face the ultimate price: a life for a life. Because my kid doesn't get parole from death. He doesn't get to "rehabilitate" or "grow." He got one brutal, final moment and then nothing. Why the hell should the scumbag who took him get half a life back? Thirty-five years with parole eligibility halfway through is an insult slapped across my dead son's face. It's the system telling me my child's life was worth about 17 years of the killer's time.
If it was your kid, you wouldn't be posting thoughts and prayers or debating "context" and "youth." You'd be screaming for real justice, the kind that actually matches the crime. Permanent. No light at the end of the tunnel. No walking out one day to breathe free air while your family still visits a grave. This isn't about race. This is about right and wrong. A kid is dead because another kid chose to bring a knife and use it. Sane America, if you still have a soul and especially if you're a parent, you know exactly what I'm saying. Demand better. Demand sentences that fit the horror. No more soft deals for murderers.
@NewImage1926@BreannaMorello It’s Karmelos defense team & black people in general’s fault there were not blacks on the jury. You do go through jury selection and the defense team chose who they wanted, minus all the blacks that said they couldn’t be impartial and would not convict him under no circumstances
Just my opinion but I think if America had a mandatory 2 years of service after high school, this country would look a lot different.
Not even just military service in general. Military, community work, emergency response, infrastructure, helping others.
You’d learn discipline. Respect. Responsibility. Meet people outside your bubble. Serve something bigger than yourself.
I think we’d complain less, appreciate more, and maybe treat each other better.
Don’t be a tool.
@EunuchEthiopian@ElricMalon00707@CARebel90@SteveLovesAmmo Your comprehension skills are lacking then. In the 2A of the Bill of Rights to The Constitution, it talks about a Well Armed Militia. What do you suppose it’s talking about? But you probably came here from elsewhere and now you are trying to open the door for us to be over run
@MadScientist_42@bailcrazy@BreannaMorello TDCJ is the State Pen. He will serve his time there. He will first go to Garza East or Garza West in Beeville Texas to be in processed, then moved to one of the other units around Texas
@agianderson@RepNancyMace They don’t honor their Oaths of Office because they know nothing will be done! They will eventually have to be removed by force, the reason they want to INFRINGE on out 2A Rights!
@electroron3@RepNancyMace We have way more American Born traitors in DC than foreign born! EVERY SINGLE POLITICIAN in Sac is a TRAITOR TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE! They raise our taxes and get rich while the countries debt continues to grow without slowing! THEY ARE ALL CORRUPT!
@RepNancyMace@thebuckeyechief Blah blah blah! All you Politicians do is talk. The House can say whatever they want, pass whatever they want because THEY know it will never even get a hearing in the Senate. Just “Snapshots and Sound bites” for your upcoming grift, I mean campaign
@adamshep1984@themagaking We would love to, but the GOP is good at cheating republican voters. Look at SC, look at Texas. You have to be able to fight the money and have candidates willing to run
