Awkward silences are just as bad for them, and there's only so many bland chats about the weather that you can have!

@AskVirginMoney Can't speak to anybody. Phone lines are for lost/stolen/fraud only. I emailed in May and was told a specialist team would phone me. They never did. We can use cards with any regular retailers, but always blocked for any new ones

@AskVirginMoney we've had endless problems with our c/cards over last few months. No one will talk to us on phone lines. Emails unanswered. Can't use cards for any new online transactions, 'security codes' never arrive. What am I paying card fees for? Any chance of a response?
