After a two-year hiatus, Type Rated Pilots waiting to be inducted into Air India Express will finally get their much-needed respite, with their induction scheduled between April and June. However, they will be inducted after the CPL candidates of the same vacancy.

Some of whom who haven’t been treated with basic decency or fairness at all, especially the Type Rated candidates.
@AirIndiaX@airindia@TataCompanies Do better!
The February 2024 vacancy has not only been a failure in terms of its fairness but has also been quite unjust to the candidates themselves, Which all the more raises questions about systemic lapses within the management in retaining these pilots for the future.
@AkasaAir has come out with an opening for 737 freshers. @AirIndiaX has kept selected pilots waiting for more than 2 years without stipend. I guess all these guys decaying at Home are going to prefer Akasa. @airindia & @AirIndiaX will have leaks in their famous PIPELINE.
@jagritichandra@pankajkanal Indigo has huge queues of both cadets and market hires.
AIX - the less said about them the better.
Cadet programs do offer job surety to an extent but at hugely inflated rates and a certain level of uncertainty. (1/n)
@737avi8R I agree, but what’s your reasoning based on? More deliveries next year? FAA production cap lifted? Even trainees who haven’t been inducted are discouraging other for TR due to backlogs. It’s a complete shit show, but I’m all ears to what you have to say.
