@iamVinay_Reddy@737Maxdriver Logically yes but this is only applicable if AIX does not make administrative lapses like it has done since the past couple of years . You must keep in mind that the airline is ridden with corrupt and incompetent people and chooses to do things under pressure and favoritism.
@iamVinay_Reddy@737Maxdriver As the hr Mr Tayal would say - I have no updates regarding the matter . We will update you once the process resumes . Don’t expect inductions for 1.5 yrs for the latest vacancy .
@737Maxdriver Calls and messages to HR, including Deepak Tayal at Air India Express, have reportedly gone unanswered, leaving candidates in complete uncertainty. Professionals deserve accountability, transparency, and respect — not broken assurances.”
@737Maxdriver It’s unfair how non–type rated candidates are being inducted ahead of fully qualified B737 type-rated pilots who have waited for 2+ years. Recencies have lapsed, careers are on hold and yet the process appears anything but merit-driven. Aviation deserves fairness, not favoritism.
@737Maxdriver Amidst the wait and massive financial strain yet B737 type-rated pilots are still being ignored while others are inducted . They were clearly told their induction would be prioritized once the process resumed.
Currently, there is an ongoing vacancy with a significant number of candidates whose fates have already been determined and added to the pipeline with a waiting period of not less than 1.5 years ++.
