“1971 میں جب سقوط ڈھاکہ کا افسوسناک سانحہ پیش آیا تب بھی ایک ڈکٹیٹر یحیٰی خان ملک پر مارشل لاء نافذ کر کے کرتا دھرتا بنا ہوا تھا۔ سانحہ مشرقی پاکستان کے بعد حمود الرحمان کمیشن بنا جس نے بتایا کہ یحیٰی خان نے اپنے ذاتی مفاد اور اپنے ناجائز اقتدار کو دس سال تک طول دینے کے لیے ایسے فیصلے کیے جس سے پاکستان دو ٹکڑے ہو گیا۔

حمودالرحمان کمیشن رپورٹ اعلیٰ عدلیہ سمیت آرمی، نیوی اور ائیر فورس کے نمائندوں کی تحقیقات کے بعد بنائی گئی- ان تحقیقات کے دوران سینکڑوں لوگوں کے بیانات ریکارڈ کروائے گئے اور 4 سال اس سانحے کی وجوہات پر تحقیقات کی گئیں۔

حمود الرحمان کمیشن کے مطابق ایک شخص کی ہوس اور انا نے ظلم و جبر کا وہ باب رقم کیا جس کے بعد ملک ہمیشہ کے لیے ٹوٹ گیا۔سب سے غلط فیصلہ شیخ مجیب الرحمان کی مقبول ترین جماعت عوامی لیگ کو دبانے کا تھا۔ جس پارٹی نے 162 میں سے 160 نشستیں جیتیں اسے دیوار سے لگا دیا گیا اور مجیب الرحمان کو جیل میں ڈال کر مغربی پاکستان میں اپنی نشستیں بڑھا کر دکھائی گئیں۔ 24 مارچ 1971 کو مجیب الرحمان کے ساتھ مذاکرات شروع کیے گئے مگر اسی رات بنگالیوں کے خلاف آپریشن لانچ کر دیا گیا جس میں سرکاری اعداد وشمار کے مطابق 50 ہزار افراد کا خون بہا جبکہ اصل تعداد اس سے کہیں زیادہ ہے۔

آج پاکستان میں وہی حالات بنا دئیے گئے ہیں جو 1971 میں تھے۔ عاصم منیر نے نو مئی کا فالس فلیگ ملک کی مقبول ترین پارٹی تحریک انصاف کو کچلنے کے لیے کروایا۔ دو راتوں میں تحریک انصاف سے منسلک دس ہزار سے زائد لوگوں کو گرفتار کیا گیا۔ یہ کیسے ممکن تھا کہ 10 ہزار لوگوں کو دو راتوں میں بغیر تحقیق گرفتار کر لیا جائے؟ اس کے بعد پارٹی کو کچلنے کا سلسلہ شروع ہوا- ملک کی سب سے بڑی جماعت کی تمام سیاسی سرگرمیوں پر پابندی لگا دی گئی، کوئی تحریک انصاف کا پرچم اٹھاتا تو اسے اٹھا لیا جاتا، ہمارے امیدواروں اور ان کی فیملیز کو اغوا کیا گیا۔ ہم سے ہمارا انتخابی نشان تک چھین لیا گیا مگر عوام نے 8 فروری کو باہر نکل کر اس سارے بیانیے کو زمین بوس کر دیا۔

8 فروری انقلاب کا دن تھا جب لوگوں نے ظلم کے نظام کے خلاف ووٹ دئیے اور تحریک انصاف کو 2 تہائی اکثریت دلوائی۔ کمشنر پنڈی نے جب ضمیر کی آواز پر لبیک کہتے ہوئے انتخابی دھاندلی کا پردہ چاک کیا اور پچاس پچاس ہزار ووٹوں کی دھاندلی کا اعتراف کیا تو دھاندلی کے جرم میں ملوث قوتوں نے ان کے ذہنی توازن بگڑنے کا بھونڈا بیانیہ بنا کر انہیں غائب کر دیا۔ ان کا آج تک کسی کو معلوم نہیں لیکن ہم انہیں بھولنے نہیں دیں گے۔

نو مئی کے اصل مجرم وہی ہیں جنھوں نے سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج چرائی۔ اب اسی نو مئی کو بہانہ بنا کر جو نشستیں ہمارے پاس بچی تھیں وہ نا جائز دس دس سال کی سزائیں دے کر ہم سے چھنیی جا رہی ہیں۔ بےشرمی کی انتہا یہ ہے کہ اعجاز چوہدری کی سیٹ چھین کر الیکشن ہارنے والے رانا ثنا اللہ کو دے دی گئی۔ یہ سب سزائیں بالکل ناجائز ہیں۔ دو دو چار چار کر کے بے شرمی سے ہماری نشستوں پر قبضہ کیا جا رہا ہے۔ اسی لیے ہم نے ضمنی انتخابات کا بائیکاٹ کیا ہے کیونکہ وہ پھر یہ نشستیں چوری کر لیں گے۔ اور اس الیکشن میں حصہ لینا ان جعلی سزاؤں کو ماننے کے مترادف ہو گا- میں قومی اسمبلی کی کمیٹیوں سے استعفی پیش کرنے اور تمام مراعات سے دستبردار ہونے پر سب کو خراج تحسین پیش کرتا ہوں اور ہدایت دیتا ہوں کہ اب سینٹ قائمہ کمیٹیوں سے بھی استعفی دے دئیے جائیں۔ میں کچھ دن تک اپنے آئندہ لائحہ عمل کا اعلان کروں گا”

“میری بہنوں اور اہلیہ کا سیاست سے کوئی لینا دینا نہیں۔ علیمہ خان باہر آ کر صرف میرا پیغام پہنچاتی ہیں۔ ان کے خلاف مہم افسوسناک اور ملک پر مسلط رجیم کی بزدلی اور خوف کا واضح ثبوت ہے۔

بشریٰ بیگم کا سیاست میں کوئی عمل دخل نہیں ہے۔ بشرٰی بیگم نے آج تک مجھے کسی وزیر، ٹکٹ ہولڈر یا سینٹر کو نامزد کرنے کا نہیں کہا۔ وہ کوئی سیاسی پیغام نہیں بھیجتیں۔ وہ قید تنہائی میں ہیں ان کا باہر کسی سیاسی شخصیت کے ساتھ کوئی رابطہ نہیں ہے۔ ان کو قید و بند کی صعوبتیں صرف میری اہلیہ ہونے کی وجہ سے برداشت کرنی پڑ رہی ہیں۔

ظالم رجیم کو گمان تھا کہ بشرٰی بیگم کو میری کمزوری بنا کر استعمال کریں گے لیکن اپنے غیر متزلزل ایمان کے باعث وہ میری طاقت بن گئی ہیں۔ پاکستان کی تاریخ کی شاید وہ واحد خاتون ہیں جو غیر سیاسی ہیں مگر صرف ان کے خاندان کے کسی شخص کے سیاست میں ہونے کی وجہ سے انہیں قید برداشت کرنی پڑی ہو۔ بشری بیگم کی طبعیت ناساز ہے۔ انھیں چلتے ہوئے چکر محسوس ہوتے ہیں۔ ان کے معائنے کے حوالے سے درخواست دائر کی گئی ہے لیکن اب تک قبول نہیں کی گئی۔ ان کا ڈاکٹر سے ترجیحی بنیادوں پر معائنہ انتہائی اہم ہے۔ بشری بیگم کو سیاسی مقدمات میں قید کرنا عاصم رجیم کی اخلاقی اور مذہبی گراوٹ کا ثبوت ہے۔

مجھ پر اور میرے خاندان پر تمام مظالم عاصم منیر کروا رہا ہے۔ ملک میں اس وقت عاصم لا نافذ ہے جس نے ڈاکو ڈفر الائنس کے تحت ملک چلا کر اخلاقیات کا جنازہ اٹھا دیا ہے۔ اخلاقی پستی کا ثبوت یہ ہے کہ میرے خاندان کی عورتوں کو بھی نشانہ بنایا جاتا ہے-“

ملک میں عاصم منیر کا قانون چل رہا ہے اور آئی ایس آئی اسے تحفظ دے رہی ہے- جو چیز عاصم منیر کو طاقت دیتی ہے وہ اس ملک کا قانون بن جاتا ہے- عاصم منیر اپنی طاقت کے لیے ملک کی ہر چیز کی قربانی دے گا- یہ آرمی چیف فوج کی بدنامی کروا رہا ہے، جیسا کہ یحییٰ خان نے کیا تھا۔

اس وقت سینیٹ ، قومی اسمبلی، وزیراعظم اور صدر سب غیر قانونی ہیں۔ ایک جعلی آئینی عدالت بنا کر ہماری نشستیں کم کی گئیں- جو تاریخ میں کبھی نہیں ہوا کہ ایک جماعت کی نشستیں کسی اور کو دے دی جائیں۔ وہ آئینی عدالتیں جن میں انصاف ملنا چاہیے، آج وہاں عاصم منیر نے اپنے ذاتی نوکر بٹھا رکھے ہیں۔ سکندر سلطان راجہ نے تاریخی الیکشن فراڈ کیا، اور اُسے توسیع دے کر اس دھاندلی کو تحفظ دیا گیا۔ اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کا جج سات ماہ سے میری اپیلیں نہیں سن رہا، کیونکہ اسے بھی ہدایات عاصم منیر سے مل رہی ہیں۔ اس وقت ملک میں عاصم منیر کا قانون ہے، جیسے پاکستان اس کی ذاتی ملکیت ہو۔

ملک میں عدلیہ، ادارے اور جمہوریت کو منظم طریقے سے تباہ کیا گیا ہے۔ ملٹری کورٹس کو قانونی قرار دے دیا گیا، اور یہ اقدام دراصل عدلیہ کی جانب سے خود اپنے اوپر عدم اعتماد ہے۔ میری اہلیہ بشریٰ بی بی کو بطور ہتھیار استعمال کر کے مجھے توڑنے کی کوشش کی جا رہی ہے، لیکن میں یہ واضح کر دوں: میں مر جاؤں گا، مگر کبھی عاصم منیر کی بادشاہت کو تسلیم نہیں کروں گا۔ یہ ایک قبضہ گروپ ہے، جس نے ملک پر زبردستی قبضہ کر رکھا ہے۔

اس وقت پاکستان میں "ڈاکو، ڈفر الائنس" مکمل طور پر قابض ہے۔ چھبیسویں ترمیم سے ججوں کی خودمختاری مکمل طور پر ختم کر دی گئی ہے۔ ججز کے احکامات کی کوئی اوقات نہیں رہ گئی، ایک پولیس والا بھی جج کے احکامات کو ہوا میں اڑا دیتا ہے۔ آج دورانِ کاروائی جج صاحب نے باہر گیٹ پر منتظر میری فیملی کو اندر بلانے کا حکم دیا اور بارہا کاروائی رکوائی بھی مگر میری فیملی کو اندر نہیں لایا گیا۔ اسکا مطلب ہے کہ پولیس اہلکار کے سامنے بھی جج کے احکامات کی کوئی وقعت نہیں۔ ہمارا انصاف کا نظام مکمل طور پر دفن ہو چکا ہے۔

ملک اس وقت تباہ ہوتا ہے جب نا اہل شخص کو اس پر بٹھا دیا جائے۔۔۔

عاصم منیر ملک اور محسن نقوی کرکٹ سنبھال کر بیٹھ گیا ہے- ان کی اہلیت کیا ہے؟ محسن نقوی کی وجہ سے آج ہماری ٹیسٹ ٹیم نویں نمبر پر پہنچ چکی ہے۔ جب اس طرح کے نااہل بٹھائے جائیں گے، تو کھیلوں سمیت ہر شعبے کا یہی حال ہوگا۔ ملک تباہ تب ہوتا ہے جب نااہل لوگ اہم عہدوں پر قابض کر دئیے جائیں۔ یہ بہت خطرناک ہوتا ہے کہ کسی کو بغیر اہلیت صرف طاقت کے زور پر اداروں پر مسلط کر دیا جائے۔

مجھ پر ٹارچر بہت بڑھا دیا گیا ہے۔ مجھے 22 گھنٹے سیل میں قید تنہائی میں رکھا جاتا ہے، کتابیں نہیں دی جا رہیں، حالاتِ حاضرہ سے بےخبر رکھنے کیلئے نہ ہی اخبار دیا جارہا ہے اور نہ ہی ٹی وی دیکھنے کی اجازت ہے۔ یہ نہ صرف مقامی بلکہ عالمی انسانی حقوق کی بدترین پامالی ہے۔ آج جج کے حکم پر 3 گھنٹے کے بعد فقط ایک کتاب مجھے مہیا کی گئی ہے۔ جبکہ میری فیملی نے گزشتہ 1.5 ماہ کے دوران کم از کم 2 درجن کتابیں بجھوائی ہوئی ہیں۔ جب سے جیل سپرنٹینڈنٹ غفور انجم آیا ہے، مجھ پر ٹارچر بہت بڑھا دیا گیا ہے۔ یہ تمام ٹارچر اس کی سربراہی میں کیا جارہا ہے۔

ہم پاکستان میں امن چاہتے ہیں، پاکستان میں اس وقت جو بھی امن کیساتھ کھڑا ہے، امن مارچ کر رہا ہے ہمیں اسکے ساتھ بھرپور یکجہتی دکھانی چاہیے۔

آج سات ماہ ہو گئے، مجھے اپنے بچوں سے بات نہیں کرنے دی گئی۔ یہ اُن کا حق ہے کہ وہ عدالت میں جائیں، اور میں نے خود اپنے بیٹوں کو کہا ہے کہ وہ انسانی حقوق کی بنیاد پر عالمی عدالت سے رجوع کریں۔ وہ امریکا میں کسی سے مدد نہیں مانگ رہے، صرف اپنے حقوق کے لیے آواز بلند کر رہے ہیں۔ جب صدر ٹرمپ کی حکومت آئی تب بھی میں نے یہی کہا تھا کہ پاکستان کے فیصلے پاکستان میں ہوں گے ۔

ہم نے تمام دروازے کھٹکھٹائے، لیکن کہیں سے سنوائی نہیں ہوئی۔ میں نے صرف ایک بار مذاکرات کا کہا تھا، وہ بھی 26 نومبر اور 9 مئی کے کمیشن کے مطالبے کے ساتھ۔ 26 نومبر کو نہتی عوام پر گولیاں چلانے کے پیچھے عاصم منیر ہے۔ میں آج پھر واضح کر رہا ہوں کہ اب بات چیت کی کوئی گنجائش نہیں، کیونکہ یہ گروہ پورا نظام ہتھیا چکا ہے-

بیرسٹر گوہر، سلمان اکرم راجہ، علی امین گنڈاپور اور جنید اکبر کو تاکید کرتا ہوں کہ بھرپور طریقے سے تحریک چلائیں۔ تحریک کا مقصد انصاف کا نظام، قانون کی بالادستی اور آئین کا تحفظ ہونا چاہیئے۔ اگر ہم نے سڑکوں پر آواز نہ اٹھائی تو یہ قبضہ گروپ پارلیمانی پارٹی کو بھی آہستہ آہستہ تباہ کر دے گا۔ میں کھڑا ہوں، تو آپ کو بھی کھڑا ہونا ہوگا۔

We have knocked on every door, but no one has listened. I had asked for dialogue only once, and that too was conditional upon commissions to investigate the events of November 26th (2024) and May 9th (2023) being formed. It was Asim Munir who ordered the shooting of unarmed civilians on November 26th. I reiterate there is no longer any room for dialogue because this group has completely hijacked the entire system.

I have instructed Barrister Gohar, Salman Akram Raja, Ali Amin Gandapur, and Junaid Akbar to ensure the protest movement runs with full force. The objective of this movement must be the restoration of justice, the supremacy of law, and the protection of the Constitution. If we fail to raise our voices in the streets, this group of oppressors will gradually finish off our parliamentary party as well. I am standing firm; all of you must also stand firm.
Eighty percent of the people of Pakistan stand with me and we are entitled to fight for our rights. I am aware that 90% of the electoral fraud took place between polling and the compilation of results. I campaigned for the implementation of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) for two years. If EVMs had been used on February 8th (2024), the game would have ended there and then. I still say today: if transparent elections are desired, EVMs must be introduced, and rigging will end once and for all.” 2/2

“It is not Martial Law but ‘Asim Law’ that is imposed in Pakistan.

The country is being run under Asim Munir's law, and the ISI is giving it protection. Whatever strengthens Asim Munir's power is made the law of the land. He is prepared to sacrifice every national interest to maintain his hold on power. This Army Chief is disgracing the military just as Yahya Khan once did.

At this time, the Senate, the National Assembly, the Prime Minister, and the President, are all unconstitutional. A sham constitutional court was created, which reduced our seats in parliament. In an unprecedented move, one party’s seats were simply handed over to others. The constitutional courts, which are meant to deliver justice, are now filled with Asim Munir’s personal minions. Sikandar Sultan Raja perpetrated an historic electoral fraud, and instead of being held accountable, he was granted an extension to safeguard that rigging. A judge of the Islamabad High Court is not hearing my appeals for seven months because he too receives instructions from Asim Munir. At this time, Asim Munir’s law prevails in our country, as if he owns Pakistan.

The judiciary, state institutions, and democracy have been systematically dismantled. Military courts have been declared legal, an act that is essentially a vote of no confidence by the judiciary against itself. My wife, Bushra Bibi, is being used as a weapon to break me, but let me make this absolutely clear: I would rather die than accept Asim Munir’s monarchy. This is nothing more than a group that has forcibly seized control of the country.
A ‘Dacoits-and-Duffers Alliance’ has taken full control of Pakistan. The 26th Amendment has completely abolished the independence of the judiciary. Judicial orders hold no weight anymore; even an ordinary policeman can openly defy a judge’s directives. Today, during court proceedings, the judge repeatedly ordered that my family, waiting outside the prison gates, be brought inside and even halted proceedings several times, yet my family was not allowed in. This shows that the judge’s order holds no value for the police. Our justice system has been decimated.

Nations collapse when incompetent people are put in charge.

Asim Munir has assumed control of the country, while Mohsin Naqvi is busy destroying cricket. What qualifications do they have? Due to Mohsin Naqvi, our test cricket team has dropped to ninth place. When such unqualified individuals are placed in charge, this is the fate that befalls every sector, not just sports. A country is doomed when the incompetent are imposed upon institutions through force.

The torture inflicted upon me has intensified. I am kept in solitary confinement in my cell for 22 hours a day. I am denied books, newspapers, and television to keep me cut off from current affairs. This is not just a violation of local law but a grave breach of international human rights standards. Today, following a court order, I was given only a single book after three hours, while my family has already sent over two dozen books in the past month and a half. Ever since the new jail superintendent Ghafoor Anjum has taken over, torture against me has drastically intensified under his supervision.

We want peace in Pakistan. Whoever stands for peace and participates in peace marches must be supported wholeheartedly.

It has now been seven months since I have been allowed to speak to my children. It is their right to approach the courts, and I have personally told my sons to take the matter to international courts on the basis of fundamental human rights. They are not asking anyone in the United States for help; they are only raising their voices for their rights. Even when President Trump first came into office, I said that decisions about Pakistan must be made in Pakistan. 1/2

“Loss of human life in Pahlgam incident is deeply disturbing and tragic. I extend my deepest condolences to the victims and their families.

When the False Flag Palwama Operation incident happened, we offered to extend all-out cooperation to India but India failed to produce any concrete evidence. As I predicted in 2019, the same is happening again after Pahlgam incident. Instead of introspection and investigation, Modi Sarkar is again placing the blame on Pakistan.

Being a country of 1.5 billion people, India needs to act responsibly instead of messing with a region already known as “nuclear flashpoint.” Peace is our priority but it should not be mistaken as cowardice. Pakistan has got all the capabilities to give a befitting response to any Indian misadventure, as My Government, backed by whole nation, did in 2019.

I have always emphasized the importance of the Kashmiris’ right to self-determination, as guaranteed by United Nations resolutions.

I have also been highlighting the fact that India led by RSS ideology is a grave threat, not only to the region but beyond it. Indian oppression in Kashmir, intensified after the illegal abrogation of Article 370, has further fueled the Kashmiri people’s desire for freedom.

Sadly, the nation has been divided by an illegitimate government imposed through fraudulent Form-47 results. And yet, ironically, Narendra Modi’s aggression has united the people of Pakistan in one voice against Indian hostility. While we reject this fake regime, we stand firmly as one Pakistani nation and strongly condemn Modi's war-mongering and his dangerous ambitions that threaten regional peace.

Needless to say, to win the war against an external enemy, the nation must first be united. It is high time to put a halt to all actions that are further polarizing the nation. The state’s excessive focus on political victimisation at this critical time is deepening internal divisions and undermining the nation’s collective ability to confront external threats.

It is naive to expect any strong stance from self-serving figures like Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari. They will never speak out against India because their illegal wealth and business interests lie abroad. They profit from foreign investments, and to protect those financial interests, they remain silent in the face of foreign aggression and baseless allegations against Pakistan. Their fear is simple: that Indian lobbies might freeze their offshore assets if they dare to speak the truth.”

This was unprecedented. Even the Awami League won after a year-long campaign, whereas PTI was even stripped of its election symbol. Yet, the people delivered a historic verdict in favour of PTI, crushing every dirty trick and conspiracy.

PTI is the only party that represents all four provinces. It is the only force holding this federation together. And let’s settle this myth once and for all: PTI does not need the establishment, the establishment needs PTI. Only a government with a legitimate public mandate can steer this country out of chaos.

Praise be to God, we do not need to rely on “electables.” They are the crutch of weak, compromised parties. PTI is an ideological machine, forged in fire, tested by tyranny, and backed by the unmatched power of the people. We survived state terror, unconstitutional oppression, and total media censorship and emerged stronger, proving that PTI is an indomitable and resilient force. Our true strength is the awakening of the nation that puts us beyond any political expediency.

Our country has been turned into a banana republic. The rule of law is dead. Institutions are paralyzed. No investor will touch Pakistan under such lawlessness. Countries do not progress through foreign currency remittances alone. Foreign Direct Investment — the true engine of growth has fallen to historic lows.

For our country to emerge from the severe political, economic, and security crises it is facing, we need the bold leadership of a political party with broad public support, which can deliver real accountability, enforce the Constitution, and implement deep institutional reforms. PTI is the only party that can do this.

I salute the overseas Pakistanis who are with us on the front lines of our struggle to restore democracy, justice, and constitutional supremacy in our country. You are the pride of this nation."

میں آئی ایس پی آر سے کہتا ہوں کہ جھوٹا بیانیہ نہ دیا کریں۔ بار بار یہ کہنا کہ فوج سیاست میں مداخلت نہیں کرتی، قوم کی عقل کی توہین ہے۔ سوشل میڈیا کے اس دور میں کوئی چیز نہیں چھپ سکتی، ملک کا بچہ بچہ واقف ہے کہ آرمی چیف ہی اس ملک کا نظام چلاتے ہیں۔ انتخابات میں دھاندلی ہو یا اراکین پارلیمینٹ کی خرید و فروخت، عدلیہ کی تباہی ہو یا عوامی رائے دہی پر قدغن کے کالے قانون، ناصرف ہماری باشعور قوم بلکہ عالمی برادری کو بھی معلوم ہے کہ اس کے پیچھے کون سے "نامعلوم” ہاتھ کارفرما ہیں۔ لہذا میری ان سے گزارش ہے کہ غلط بیانی سے گریز کیا کریں کیونکہ یہ صرف من حیث الادارہ فوج کی بدنامی کا سبب بنتی ہے۔

میں پانچ نکات پر روشنی ڈالوں گا جس کی وجہ سے پاکستان آج تباہی کے دہانے پر کھڑا ہے:

۱- دھاندلی زدہ انتخابات کے ذریعے قوم کی جانب سے مسترد شدہ چہروں کو ملک پر مسلط کرنا:
اسٹیبلشمنٹ کی اس پالیسی کی وجہ سے ملک کا شدید نقصان ہو رہا ہے۔ ابھی چند سال قبل تک جن کی سرے محل اور مے فئیر فلیٹس جیسی بے شمار کرپشن کی داستانیں قوم کو سنائی جا رہی تھیں، انہی کے لیے پوری ریاستی مشینری اور ایجینسیز کو استعمال کر کے ناصرف قبل از انتخابات بدترین دھاندلی کی گئی بلکہ پولنگ ڈے اور اس کے بعد بھی تاریخ کا سب سے بڑا ڈاکہ ڈالا گیا اور ان کو قوم پر مسلط کر دیا گیا۔

یہ بیانیہ بنانے کی کوشش کی جاتی ہے کہ شریف خاندان اور زرداری پر کیسز سیاسی نوعیت کے تھے، حالانکہ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ ہمارے دور میں نیب کے کوئی کیسز نہیں بنائے گئے- انٹیلی جنس ایجینسیوں نے انکی کرپشن کے ثبوت اکٹھے کئے- جنرل احتشام ضمیر اور فاروق لغاری نے ان کے اربوں روپے کرپشن اور منی لانڈرنگ کے ڈوزئیر دئیے تھے کہ یہ لوگ کتنے کرپٹ ہیں- نیب تو ہمارے کنٹرول میں بھی نہیں تھا، جنرل باجوہ نیب کو کنٹرول کرتا تھا- انکے خلاف تمام کیسز ہمارے دور سے پہلے بنائے گئے- ہمارے دور میں صرف شہباز شریف کے خلاف مقصود چپڑاسی والا رمضان شوگر مل کیس بنا- اس کیس کو بھی بند کر دیا گیا ہے۔ قوم نے دیکھا کہ انھی نیب زدہ چہروں کو ڈیل کی ڈرائی کلین مشین سے گزار کر دوبارہ پاکستان پر مسلط کر دیا گیا۔ نیب ترامیم کے ذریعے این آر او دینے کے اس عمل سے ملکی معیشت کو ۱۱۰۰ ارب روپے کا نقصان ہوا۔ اس فراڈ کے تانے بانے ملائیں تو تمام کٹھ پتلیوں کی ڈوریاں ایک ہی ہاتھ کی طرف جاتی ہیں اور اسکا سارا نزلہ فوج پر گر رہا ہے-

۲ - جمہوریت کا خاتمہ:
جمہوریت اخلاقیات پر چلتی ہے- حکومت کے پاس اخلاقی قوت ہو تو ہی جمہوریت چل سکتی ہے- 30 سال لگا کر پاکستان میں رفتہ رفتہ جمہوریت کی کچھ بحالی ہوئی تھی، عدلیہ مسلسل جدوجہد سے خودمختار ہوئی تھی اور میڈیا کچھ آزاد ہوا تھا اور ملک بہتری کی طرف جا رہا تھا۔ لیکن پہلے سازش سے ہماری حکومت کو ہٹایا گیا، پھر ناصرف ایک جعلی حکومت کو مسلط کیا گیا بلکہ ان کو دوبارہ ملک پر مسلط کرنے کے لیے آئین توڑا گیا، انتخابات ملتوی کیے گئے، الیکشن سے پہلے ہر حربہ آزمایا گیا، قاضی فائز عیسٰی کے ذریعے ہمارا نشان چھینا گیا، ہمارے ترجیحی امیدواروں کو میدان سے ہٹوایا گیا، حتیٰ کہ الیکشن کمپین تک نہیں کرنے دی گئی- یہ سب کرنے کے باوجود جب الیکشن میں پاکستانی عوام نے ہمیں دو تہائی سے بھی زیادہ نشستوں پر کامیاب کیا تو فارم 47 کے ذریعے رزلٹ تبدیل کر کے صرف 17 سیٹیں جیتنے والی پارٹی کو ملک پر مسلط کر دیا- اور اس انتخابی فراڈ کو چھپائے رکھنے کے لیے اور تحریک انصاف کو کچلنے کی کوشش میں جمہوریت کو مکمل طور پر پاؤں تلے روند دیا گیا ہے۔
الیکشن آڈٹ کے خودمختار ادارے “پتن” کی رپورٹ اس سلسلے میں سب کی آنکھیں کھولنے کے لیے کافی ہے کہ کیسے اس ملک میں جمہوریت کا نقصان کر کے دھاندلی کے 64 نئے طریقے اپنائے گئے۔ میڈیا پر بدترین قدغنیں لگا کر اور انسانی حقوق کو پامال کر کے جمہوریت کے تمام ستونوں کو برباد کر دیا گیا ہے۔ لوگوں کو ان کے نمائندگان چننے کا حق نہیں ہے۔

An Open Letter from former Prime Minister Imran Khan to the Chief of Army Staff - February 3rd, 2025

"Pakistan is my country, and its military is mine too!!

Our soldiers are sacrificing their lives for Pakistan. Success in the war against terrorism requires the nation to stand behind their army. However, unfortunately, the gap between the military and the public continues to widen because of the establishment’s policies.

There are several fundamental reasons for this. In order to restore public sentiment towards the military and bridge the widening gap between the people and their armed forces, the establishment must reconsider its policies.

- The biggest reason is the historic rigging of the 2024 elections and the blatant theft of the people’s mandate, which has fueled public anger. The way agencies engaged in pre-poll rigging and political engineering to control results has severely damaged public trust. A party that won only 17 seats was handed the reins of power, imposing a “puppet government” on the nation.

- The second reason is the 26th Constitutional Amendment. The way the Constitution and laws have been violated, and this amendment has been used to control the judiciary has caused intense resentment in public. Nasser Javed Rana deliberately delayed decisions so that my cases could be assigned to "pocket judges." The ongoing "court packing" is aimed at ensuring that cases against me are heard by favored judges, who will deliver desired verdicts. This entire exercise is meant to secure selective rulings against me and to cover up violations of human rights and electoral fraud so that no fair judicial decisions can be made.

- The third reason is the draconian PECA Law. Electronic media is already under control, and now, through PECA amendments, restrictions have been imposed on social media and the internet. This threatens Pakistan’s GSP+ status. Disruptions to internet services have caused the IT industry more than 1.72 billion dollars in losses, destroying the careers of young professionals.

- The fourth major reason is the continued state terrorism against Pakistan’s largest and most popular political party. Violating the sanctity of private homes, over 100,000 raids have been conducted, more than 20,000 party workers and supporters have been either arrested or abducted, and their families harassed. Human rights violations continue in an effort to crush PTI, which has deeply hurt the public.

- The fifth major reason is the economic crisis caused by political instability, forcing people to leave Pakistan, along with their capital, at an alarming rate. Economic instability is at its peak. The growth rate is zero, and investment in Pakistan is nearly non-existent. No country can attract investment without the rule of law and justice. No one would willingly invest their capital in a country where there is a risk of terrorism. Investment only flows in when there is a government in place that represents the people’s will — anything else is futile.

- The sixth major reason is that all state institutions have abandoned their duties and are instead focused on politically persecuting PTI. Military officers at the major and colonel levels continue to blatantly defy court orders. Judicial rulings are being ignored, and as a result, the entire military is facing a backlash. Just two days ago, an ATC [Anti-Terrorism Court] judge ordered my wife to appear for an investigation, and despite her willingness, some unseen force sabotaged the process. 1/2

اردلی حکومت جوڈیشل کمیشن کے قیام سے مسلسل اس لیے بھاگ رہی ہے کیونکہ یہ جانتے ہیں کہ نو مئی کا واقعہ خود اسٹیبلشمنٹ نے کروایا تھا، اسٹیبلشمنٹ نے خود آگ لگا کر سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج غائب کی۔ میرا عدالت سے اغواء کیا ہی اس لیے گیا تھا کیونکہ ان کو ردعمل کا اندازہ تھا اور عوام کے جذبات سے کھیل کر انہوں نے اپنا مقصد پورا کرنا تھا۔ ایک پرامن احتجاج کو اپنے بندے شامل کروا کے فالس فلیگ میں تبدیل کر دیا گیا۔ نو مئی کی آڑ میں ہماری لیڈر شپ اور کارکنان سمیت ہزاروں لوگوں کو اغواء کیا گیا اور تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا گیا۔ اغواء برائے بیان کی روایت ڈال کر لوگوں سے زبردستی تحریک انصاف چھڑوائی گئی۔ ہمارے 16 افراد شہید اور 4 افراد کو معذور کر دیا گیا۔ سب ظلم ہمارے ساتھ کر کے ہم پر ہی مقدمات بنا دئیے گئے۔نو مئی کا سارا ڈرامہ تحریک انصاف کو کچلنے کے لیے رچایا گیا تاکہ لوگ ڈر کر تحریک انصاف کو چھوڑ جائیں۔ نو مئی کے بیانیے کا دھڑن تختہ تو 8 فروری کے انتخابات میں ہو گیا تھا جب تمام تر پابندیوں کے باوجود تحریک انصاف نے کلین سویپ کیا۔ انتخابات ملتوی کرنے کی وجہ بھی یہی تھی کہ جھوٹا پروپگینڈا کر کے عوام کو تحریک انصاف سے بد ظن کیا جائے مگر یہ اس میں ناکام رہے۔ 26 نومبر بھی اسی مقصد کے تحت کیا گیا تاکہ نہتے پرامن مظاہرین کو گولیاں مار کر خوف و ہراس پیدا کیا جاسکے اور عوام کو ان کی آواز بلند کرنے سے روکا جا سکے۔ 26 نومبر کو ہماری کال ملک میں جمہوری اقدار کی بحالی کے لیے تھی مگر اس پر سیدھے فائر کھول کر عوامی خون سے اس حکومت اور اسٹیبلشمنٹ نے اپنے ہاتھ رنگ لیے۔ 26 نومبر تحریک انصاف کو کچلنے کی دوسری کوشش تھی۔

کٹھ پتلی حکومت نے جمہوریت پر کاری ضربیں لگا کر عوام سے بنیادی انسانی حقوق مکمل طور پر چھین لیے ہیں۔ پیکا ترمیمی ایکٹ اسی سلسلے کی ایک کڑی ہے۔ پہلے آزاد میڈیا کا گلا گھونٹا گیا، ارشد شریف کا قتل کیا گیا، صحافیوں کو اغواء کیا گیا انکو تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا گیا اور سوشل میڈیا پر پابندیاں عائد کی گئیں۔ اب فارم 47 اسمبلی نے آزادی اظہارِ رائے پر قدغن کے لیے کالا قانون منظور کر لیا ہے۔ سیاسی اختلافات کو دبانے کے لیے پیکا قوانین میں ترامیم کی گئی ہیں۔ اس کی جتنی مذمت کی جائے اتنی کم ہے۔ آزاد عدلیہ، قانون کی حکمرانی اور آزادی اظہار رائے کے بغیر جمہوریت پنپ نہیں سکتی۔ اس جعلی اسمبلی نے سوائے جمہوریت پر حملے کے قوانین منظور کرنے کے کچھ نہیں کیا پھر چاہے وہ 26ویں آئینی ترمیم کی منظوری ہو یا پیکا ترمیمی ایکٹ۔ 26ویں آئینی ترمیم کا مقصد چیف آف آرمی سٹاف کی ایکسٹینشن تھا اور ان کو یہ خوف تھا کہ عدلیہ آزاد ہوئی تو الیکشن فراڈ سامنے آ جائے گا۔ اپنے ذاتی فوائد کے لیے عدلیہ کی خودمختاری کو سلب کر دیا گیا ہے۔

آٹھ فروری کو ملک بھر میں یوم سیاہ منانے کی تیاری کی جائے۔ اس دن عوامی مینڈیٹ چھین کر 1971 کی یاد تازہ کی گئی۔ صوابی میں خیبرپختونخوا اور شمالی پنجاب کے لوگ اکٹھے ہو کر احتجاج کریں۔ دیگر علاقوں کے افراد اپنے اپنے شہروں میں احتجاجی مظاہرے کریں۔ پوری دنیا میں اوورسیز پاکستانی بھی اس دن اپنی آواز بلند کریں۔ اوورسیز پاکستانیوں سے ایک بار پھر مطالبہ کرتا ہوں کہ ترسیلات زر کا بائیکاٹ جاری رکھیں۔ اس حکومت نے سوائے جمہوری اقدار کی پامالی کے کچھ نہیں کیا ان کو ترسیلات زر بھیجنا ان کے ہاتھ مضبوط کرنے کے مترادف ہے جو آپ کی ہی گردن دبوچ رہے ہیں۔

ہم جمہوریت کی بحالی کے لیے پاکستان میں موجود تمام سیاسی جماعتوں سے رابطہ کریں گے۔ اپنی جماعت کو ہدایت کرتا ہوں کہ دیگر جماعتوں سے اس مقصد کے تحت روابط کو تیز کریں تاکہ جلد از جلد عوام کو جمہوریت کی آڑ میں نافذ اس ڈکٹیٹر شپ سے نجات مل سکے۔

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan's Conversation with His Lawyers and the Media Team in Adiala Jail on January 25, 2025

“The government of ‘orderlies’ [subservient to the military establishment] is continuously avoiding the establishment of a judicial commission because they know that the events of May 9th (2023) were orchestrated by the establishment itself. They committed arson and tampered with the CCTV footage. They got me abducted from the court only because they anticipated a public reaction and sought to manipulate public emotions to achieve their nefarious objectives. A peaceful protest was turned into a false flag operation by planting their agents. Thousands of our leaders and workers were abducted and tortured under the guise of May 9th. The tactic was devised where our people were abducted and then forced into giving statements against PTI and leaving the party. 16 of our workers were martyred, and four were left disabled. Despite these injustices inflicted upon us, fake cases were filed against us. The entire drama of May 9th was staged to crush PTI and instill fear so people would abandon the party. However, the narrative of May 9th collapsed on February 8th (2024) when despite all restrictions, PTI clean swept the elections. The elections were postponed with the aim of using false propaganda to discredit PTI amongst the masses, but they failed. Similarly, November 26th (2024) was used to instill fear and stop peaceful protesters from raising their voices. Our call on November 26th was for the restoration of democratic values in the country, but the government and establishment stained their hands with blood by opening fire on innocent, unarmed protesters. November 26th was yet another attempt to crush PTI.

The puppet government has dealt a severe blow to democracy, stripping the public of their fundamental rights. The PECA Amendment Act is another link in this chain. First, the independent media was silenced — (journalist) Arshad Sharif was killed, (other) journalists were abducted and tortured, and social media was restricted. Now, the Form 47 (electoral fraud) government has passed a draconian law to stifle freedom of expression. Amendments to PECA laws were made to suppress political dissent, an act that deserves the strongest condemnation. Democracy cannot thrive without an independent judiciary, rule of law, and freedom of expression. This illegitimate assembly has done nothing but pass laws attacking democracy, such as the 26th Constitutional Amendment or the PECA Amendment Act. The 26th Amendment was aimed at extending the tenure of the Chief of Army Staff, and they feared that election fraud would be exposed if the judiciary remained independent. Judicial autonomy has been sacrificed for personal gains.

Prepare to observe a nationwide ‘Black Day’ on February 8th. Public mandate was stolen on this day, just like it was in 1971. People from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and northern Punjab should gather in Swabi for protests, while others must hold demonstrations in their respective cities. Overseas Pakistanis should also raise their voices across the globe on this day. Once again, I urge overseas Pakistanis to continue their boycott of foreign currency remittances. Sending money to this government strengthens the very hands that are tightening the noose around your necks.

We will engage with all political parties in Pakistan for the restoration of democracy. I direct my party to expedite communications with other parties for this purpose so the public can be freed from this dictatorship masquerading as democracy.

Ali Amin Gandapur faces immense pressure in governance as Chief Minister. Therefore, we have decided that Junaid Akbar Khan, a loyal and long-serving worker of PTI, will be appointed as President of PTI Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and organizational matters will be entrusted to him.”

“I strongly condemn the illegal raid on Sahibzada Hamid Raza’s home and seminary. The ‘orderly’ [subservient to the Military Establishment] government is pretending to hold talks on one hand and continuing to violate human rights on the other. Following this raid, we are immediately discontinuing all talks (with the government). A raid on the home of our ally, who is the spokesperson of our negotiations team, is an attack on our negotiations committee itself. Such a duplicitous and malicious negotiation process cannot yield anything positive.

For the sake of the rule of law, survival of democracy, and respect for human rights in Pakistan, I have instructed my party to take all political parties into confidence. We are working on developing a grand national agenda against this illegitimate government. There is instability everywhere you look in Pakistan.

Terrorism is taking root in Balochistan, and no one is looking for a political solution there. The Baloch missing persons issue, for which Mahrang Baloch is raising her voice, is extremely serious. The situation in the entire country is now the same as in Balochistan. Many of our Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party workers are also missing. We stand with those affected by this issue and will raise it with international human rights organizations. Until a government that has the public’s trust is brought in, stability anywhere in the country, including Balochistan, will remain a distant dream.

I am not asking the establishment for anything for myself. If I talk to them, it will be only for the benefit of the country and the nation. Real control is in their hands. Everyone else is their puppets, who do as they are told.

We demand that a commission comprised of the three most senior judges of the Supreme Court or the Islamabad High Court be formed so that the real culprits responsible for the incidents of May 9th (2023) and November 26th (2024) can be identified. Any other commission would not be acceptable to us.

Dishonest people never support neutral umpires. The reason for continuously ignoring our demand for a Judicial Commission is that the government and the establishment are themselves involved in the false flag operation of May 9th and the massacre of November 26th. On May 9th, they deliberately withdrew military and police forces from their posts, set fires themselves, and made CCTV footage disappear to falsely accuse innocent political workers. On November 26th, our people were killed and injured, yet we were labeled as terrorists. At least 14 of our people were martyred, many are injured or missing, and thousands were unjustly imprisoned. Those who are not in jails are having to go from one court to another for bail but are not being heard.

Malik Riaz recently said that if he starts to disclose what he knows, many people will be exposed and embarrassed. I ask Malik Riaz to disclose which judges, generals and politicians received bribes and other benefits from him over the last 30 years so that the nation knows who has been involved in dirty deals. The world should know how clean those who lecture about the bogus Al-Qadir (University) Trust case really are.

My message for overseas Pakistanis is that sending remittances to this government is akin to staining your own hands with blood. Completely boycott remittances to this regime, which is complicit in the massacre of its own citizens.”
