Ok #runchat. I need help! Was diagnosed with an irritated meniscus over a year ago and it’s just not getting better. I didn’t run for 5 months and was given the ok to resume by my physio. I can run but not far and with pain. Help/tricks/treatments would be greatly appreciated!

-Me running down trail, gives elderly couple 2+m space
-Elderly couple pull up masks
- Me move over even further,off the trail onto grass
