@verynetwork returned a faulty item 11 days ago, Very received a week ago, claiming not received it, told me I would hear back in 24 hours. 24 hours have passed and still not heard anything. I'm waiting for a refund!!!

@verynetwork still absolutely appalling customer services and communication is dire!! Apparently returned item has to be quarantined for 15 days before any refund!!! Wtf?? Patronising customer advisor and very contradictory

Restaurant was cold and behaviour from another table appalling and not tackled in a timely manner. No wonder I couldnt leave feedback after paying. 😡

@frankienbennys appalling service tonight, slow to take order, starters arrived with no cutlery and drinks arrived when starters where finished. An hour and a half for main to come and no further service for more drinks. Was told could have had discount but I'd already paid!!!😡

@asthmauk @10DowningStreet I had my asthma review a few weeks ago over the phone, 2nd year running. Was movEd from fostair and montelukast to seretide and montelukast. Was told I was in group 6 and had my vaccine last week. I think its too big a job to filter hospital admissions or 3 steroid prescriptions

@lufc_walshy @tomriordan Fed up of constantly seeing people breaking the rules, out in groups that are clearly not one household. Roads are busier than ever. People not staying local. Sometimes feels like we are the only ones doing as we are meant to. Woodhouse Moor an absolute joke.

@Tpbiker1 @nicoleseyd2017 @asthmauk There really is no consistency. It's like early years, all day some child care providers have managed to book on based on working in social care and others have been told no. Postcode lottery I guess. Lets hope we all get vaccinated soon

@nicoleseyd2017 @asthmauk I am on exactly the same, fostair and montelukast and yesterday was prescribed 5 days of prednisolone for the first time in years. I asked the doc which group I'm in and she said 6 as I'm on permanent inhaled steroids. Hope that helps

@EmilyLauraVass @petitebushmills @asthmauk My doctors told me it is group 6 still. Invited for flu jab yearly, permanent inhaled steroids, montelukast makes me severe asthma. I would never have thought I had severe but apparently so. Its just its normally under control with that little cocktail
