@mandm Can I return my item using my own courier rather than going through the returns portal which is more expensive for the same courier? Or is the extra cost a returns "charge" of some sort that customers have to pay?
@British_Airways You were unable to resolve this for my last flight and unsurprisingly its happened again. Its seems thev48hrs things is at best misleading at worst just not true.
@British_Airways I booked economy plus fares which stayed this included free seat selection 48hrs before the flight. When I access manage my bookings, it states free seat selection is available when check in opens, 24hrs before.
@British_Airways despite paying for euro plus I cant select seats 48hrs before as promised by your agent yesterday on a chat. Unacceptable. Ive messaged back as instructed but no response. Woeful customer service.
@British_Airways Please advise how customers are supposed to manage bookings when the online offering is constantly glitching and phoning is not an option. What do we do?
@carlthamesturbo@British_Airways Same here - so frustrating. The website is terrible and the app is worse. If I was hiring developers and they had BA on their CV I'd show them the door.
@Gatwick_Airport I want to use the express pick up, south terminal but the website gives no information about how i pay for this? I phoned the ncp number you provide and they told me to "contact gatwick".

@boohoo_cshelp I'm absolutely baffled by your sizing. Here are some size 8 womens leggings next to my child's Age 9 bottoms. Seems in the world of BooHoo a fully formed size 8 woman is a bit slimmer than a 9 year old child!!!???
