@British_Airways Case 23495713(PNR:25PQK2)In your reply, its mentioned that on 14-Jul, for BA256, we are showing no-show at the Delhi airport.This is purely a lie. BA re-booked all the Toronto passengers on diff. flights from Del as BA256 was delayed by 2+hrs & we would miss Lon to Toronto flight
@British_Airways I had raised a complaint(case ref. 23495713) on 24-Jul-2022 & havenโt heard back. took 3.5 days to reach from Delhi to Calgary.still waiting for the compensation for cancelled flight and delayed luggage. Shame on your Customer service. #poorcustomerservice#fraud
@British_Airways After waiting for 6 months,BA replied "Your claim's been refused bcos BA256 was delayed but operated and have seats to accommodate booked passengers as per our record you are showing no-show at the Delhi airport" This is a pure lie from BA.
@British_Airways The time mentioned in your site to respond is 3-4 weeks.its more than 14 weeks & still no resolution to my issue. I want my FULL money back. you left my family stranded at Toronto airport without any help. It was physical & mental torture for 3.5days to reach Calgary frm Delhi
