I'm travelling by Train no 18477 Utkal expres pnr 6408300674 . It's a hell of an experience. The train is always late and it's never cleaned. 2nd AC coach A1 pics are attached. I kindly request Indian railway @AshwiniVaishnaw to look into matter and provide a clean hygienic coach
