@LethalityJane With the way taxes are in the US if she sells it she will@pay taxes on it but if she rents it out and keeps the money from renting and then does and passes the house to her kids and they sell it no/reduced taxes.

@Doctrine_Man That is a bold statement to say CAS won’t exist outside the MC. The army should just build more and better helicopters. I’m thinking an osprey with Spike nlos and the A-10 30mm. The AF does not want to do CAS so let’s take their money and do it ourselves.
