Very sad but also angry to hear that Hubert Howard, 62, died today
He spent the last weeks of his life in intensive care, still fighting to get citizenship.
Arrived in UK aged 3 from Jamaica, only finally granted citizenship here 3 weeks before he died

@afuahirsch You explained the reality of racism in the U.K brilliantly whilst maintaining your calm in the midst of people deliberately trying not to understand, what is easy to understand. Well done and thank you!

[Afua Hirsch @afuahirsch]

I’m not doing this again

[Dr Martin Glynn @msoulfires]

The first copy of my new book is finally here. The mission now is about transforming research dissemination using performance. Now please buy the book, spread the word, push it out to your networks, book a workshop, holla at me, and let’s create a new movement.

@msoulfires One of the greatest minds in our community. A treasure of knowledge. Well done Martin.
