I don’t know, I think Hell On Earth Prodigy in 1996 was rapping at the same level as NAS, BIG & Jay-Z. Listening to “Give It Up Fast” feat NAS the other day made me think this as well. P from Infamous - Murda Muzik was Top 5 New York Rapper during that era in my personal opinion.
