【如何从零开始搭建一条公链的生态】
在沙漠种一片代码绿洲：迪拜@juchain101 黑客松倒计时手记

订好了前往迪拜的机票。距离黑客松开始还有一周。
这是我第一次以“生态建设者”的身份，走出线上，在现实中和开发者、项目方、投资人一起，一起完成一场面向未来的实验。这次活动对我来说意义很大——它是我第一次参与筹备的线下Hackathon，也是JuChain生态的第一次亮相，一个正式告诉世界“我们来了”的时刻。

凌晨一点，团队还在讨论线下的物料，我们花费了非常多的巧思在细节的设计上。
例如：准备了极具科技美感的陨石的奖牌（真的陨石，这个品类作为收藏品曾在佳士得拍卖）、Jutopia作为主题传达JuChain的愿景，诺亚方舟作为视觉形象代表我们的启航，还有我们神秘的互动环节。

我结束掉线上会议的链接，忽然有种如梦如幻的感觉：
公链的建造者真的都是一群有理想主义的疯狂的nuts……我们想要在沙漠里去搭建我们真实的世界，我们要一块砖一块砖地垒起来。

我曾经作为一级投资者和基金管理人的身份，在这个行业参与了7年。今天，我想第一次以生态参与者的角度，去描述我理解的公链生态。

【一、如何搭建公链生态】

这几年，公链世界从百花齐放到高墙林立，从热烈浪漫的大航海时代，走入了务实冷静的建设周期。
很多人会觉得，现在再做一条链，是不是太晚、太难？
而我一直觉得：不是晚了，而是刚好到了该认真做事的时候。

我曾经在投资生涯中以投资者的身份参投过一些公链，到现在这个VC币人人喊打的时候，我一直在思考：我们能不能用一种“干净”和“利他”的方式，重新搭建一个让builder愿意留下、信任并扎根的生态？

这个问题的答案，得从三个关键词说起：社区、伙伴、基建与支持。

观察过去这些成功的生态系统，会发现一条规律：真正繁荣的公链，从来不靠空投和热钱维系，而是依托于真实、持续的 builder 社群。

- 以太坊的生态之所以能持续繁荣，是因为它从第一天起就极度重视开发者体验：完善的文档、不断进化的工具链、社区治理机制，还有像 Devcon 这样持续多年为 builder 提供舞台的大型活动。这是一种“从底层构建信任”的方式。

- Solana的叙事成功，则很大程度上源于它在早期就聚焦高性能应用，强推Depin、GameFi 等方向，后续通过MEME、AI-Agent等造福效应的爆款项目带动社区热度，配合持续黑客松和大量 Grant 和强执行力的 BD 策略，形成了快速拉升用户量与开发者活跃度的生态飞轮。

这两个例子告诉我们：生态的构建，不是一蹴而就的“爆点游戏”，而是一个一个 builder 被点亮的过程。

【二、技术社区的温度，是生态真正的起点】

开发者不只是生态的“用户”，而是这个共同体的第一批建设者。
真正能留住他们的，不是激励机制的复杂度，而是路径的清晰度和社区的温度。JuChain的第一步，是“把门打开”。

所以JuChain做的第一件事，不是融资，也不是谈合作，而是写教程、搭文档、办活动。
团队搭建了最基础的文档结构，每一个接口都写得尽可能清晰，整理了示例代码，哪怕项目还没上线，就已经写好了“Getting Started”指南。

有人发出疑问：“现在做文档是不是太早了？” 但我知道，不早。我们要的是，一旦有人愿意踏进来，就能被清晰、友好的路径接住。

第一次线上黑客松没有宣传，却来了近20个团队，最终有10个项目加入生态。他们开始问代码，也开始聊愿景。 与此同时，我们也在策划一系列线下Meetup，用真实的相遇，把GitHub仓库里的代码，变成一群builder的场域。

社区的起点从来不是“爆发式增长”，而是一次次真实的连接。

【三、生态不是拉新，而是共同成长的旅程】

在举办黑客松期间，遇到过很多合作方，他们第一句话是：“JuChain能提供多少Grant？”
但JuChain团队更关注的问题是：“你真正想做什么？JuChain能帮你实现吗？”

真正的生态伙伴，不是资源的交换者，而是不确定性里的同行人。
我们建立了一整套生态合作体系：
- 定期发布生态进展报告，用真实数据和builder故事建立信任；
- 提供专项扶持，支持早期团队的技术、资源、启动资金；
- 联合策划活动，共同定义生态边界。

让builder感受到他们真正“被需要”。

【四、赛道漏斗，从底层到繁荣】

很多人建议JuChain聚焦一个赛道，把资源砸下去，快速拉动 TVL 和叙事爆点。
但JuChain要做的是坚持：生态的多样性，才是长期生命力的底座。
所以在本次迪拜黑客松中，开放支持包括 DeFi、DePIN、AI Infra、Gaming、Social 等多个方向，不设边界、不做倾斜，鼓励 builder 自由生长。

与此同时，JuChain正在推进：

- Defi与支付相关的金融基建；
- Alpha 资产的发行与运营；
- 基础工具和数据服务模块的全套开放计划。

我们不是在“打造一条链”，而是在点亮一组能够相互耦合、共同生长的子生态。

【五、从零开始】

这篇文章的题目是“从零开始”。JuChain确实是从零开始的
没有现成流量，没有明星团队，也没有一夜爆火的剧本。

但我们有一套愿意不断打磨完善的生态方法论，还有一群始终相信价值的人。

迪拜只是第一站。
接下来，我们会去更多城市，举办开发者营、社区见面会；我们会发布开放工具集、激励机制，逐步打磨生态的细节和肌理。
JuChain不追求“快”，但确保每一步都踏实、都算数。

【五、我自己的从零开始】

入行第七年，我曾站在风口，年纪轻轻承受过一夜暴富，也亲历过所有高楼在一夜之间轰然坍塌。

我经历过了破产、团队解散、爱人重病，经历了绝大部分人还未曾体会过的磨难和深渊，也跌入过精神世界的最低谷。

曾经在凌晨四点的电脑前，看着GMGN的Rug盘发呆，怀疑过自己是不是被时代抛弃，是不是永远失去了构建的能力。

但也是在那个阶段，我开始一点点重建。
不是重建一个事业，而是重建“愿意相信未来”的能力。愿意重新从手上每一件事情做起。

我知道，这次的从零开始，是带着全部代价之后的选择。而我依然相信，我能做成一些值得的事，甚至，做得很大。

焦虑过，迷茫过，懊恼过，从未停止过，因为我享受挖掘项目、靠认知下注、再被市场认证的过程，焚膏油以继晷，恒兀兀以穷年。

日复一日的枯坐，像西西弗斯推动巨石那般不知疲倦，而天道终将酬勤。在底部大仓位买到特朗普亲自下场发的Meme币，是做梦都不敢想的剧情，如今却照进了现实。

容易感到疲惫的，是做社区和推特这两件事。一个人玩，只需要顾及自己的盈亏，也可以承受更大的风险，而带大家玩，需要考虑一个币适不适合集体上车，还要时刻提醒大家止盈，毕竟利润回撤对大部分人而言是很难受的。好在社区氛围一直很不错，这些事不会真正让我觉得心累，只是一定程度上会影响我自己的操作。

推特就更不必说了，我之所以一直用明牌地址，就是为了公开透明，至少你可以看到我的操作和分享是知行合一的，这也是我认为链上最大的优点，即使这样，小黑子也总能找到角度，亏钱是我菜，赚钱是我有内幕，甚至说是我开的盘子，各种造谣抹黑数不胜数。

可能很多人都不知道，“月底的0xSun”这个梗一开始也是别人用来黑我的，说我快到月初收群费的时候就营销一波，结果硬生生被我一次次在月底抓到金狗变成了吹我的梗。他们不知道我的群累积了几千份申请没有看，哪怕群友推荐的朋友也要等上几个月才有位置，从第一个月到现在三年多每个月都是爆满，我需要做什么营销呢，我的地址就是最好的营销。

正好快过年了，我想也是时候休息一阵了。当然我不会退圈，交易还是会做，有意思的项目还是会分享，只是可能适当降低一些频率，思考思考未来的路。
